I recommend you not to go here they will take longer than they tell you they’re going to take to get your car done when I got my car back. I had scratches on my car and they told me it was nothing they can do about it called the police and told them that I was trespassing worst experience ever I did not have any scratches on my car when I got took it there I came to get my transmission fixed. Why is my outside body scratched up? So explain to me why I didn’t even have my car for 24 hours and the transmission light comes back on my car started overheating smelling like rubber burn and it wouldn’t even shift until the next gear And I gave you guys arm controls and they are still loud brand new arm controls, so explain that And I have proof that my car was not like that before it got there

The people I spoke with in person were nice enough, but the supervisor was worse than unhelpful, apparently unused to talking to people politely, and I believe tried to scam me for work I didn't need. Avoid avoid avoid

Had my oil change today was really bad had sludge gross but I was told what happened and shown a picture for proof. Needed coolant which I didn't even know but it was reasonably priced. Everyone is so nice. I love going there they're amazing.

WARNING TO CONSUMERS: In my experience, this shop did not properly repair the problems they caused. When I sought resolution, they refused to address the issue. Until they hire competent technicians and replace management, these problems are likely to continue.
I had service done here and strongly recommend that others explore alternative transmission repair options. The pricing was actually higher than what the dealership quoted, which was surprising given the level of service received. Customer service and communication throughout the process were poor. After the repair, the clutch continued to make a rattling noise. When I returned, I was told there was no issue, with no clear explanation or attempt at resolution.
The lack of accountability and transparency was frustrating. Consumers should be aware of their rights under state and federal law. If a business misrepresents or fails to deliver promised services, it may constitute consumer fraud. In such cases, consumer protection attorneys can assist with legal remedies. Filing a lawsuit in Burlington County Superior Court is straightforward and often more cost-effective than repeatedly asking a business to fix an issue.
Save yourself the time, cost, and hassle, I would have been better off going to the dealership from the beginning. Lesson learned: the matter has been legally resolved.

We had an amazing experience with AAMCO Transmissions in Delran. I originally brought my vehicle to the Chevy dealership and they couldn't help. Their recommendation was to replace the transmission which was very expensive, or get a new car. I sought second option and brought it to AAMCO. From that first, they were able to do a diagnostic and give me their honest opinion. Fast forward, got the vehicle back, and everything is working great. Thank you AAMCO 😊
