“Granted I only use treadmill & hand weights but I am so happy I joined this Y thru the Unite for Her Organization. Maybe it's not as big or new as Edge gym, but staff is super nice & no matter what time I go, it's never packed or dirty like people are saying. Highly recommended.”
“I unfortunately had to surrender two Dogs because the Owner died. The paperword clearencs that had to be signed were easy to understand and they cosmiserated with my grief.”
“My husband and I agreed that it was time to adopt but with my cancer treatments, we knew we needed a calm, low maintenance dog. The selection process was low-pressure, very thorough and informative for us both. Meg helped us choose Lyra - a beautiful calm Saluki from Bahrain and when we found out she had some health issues, the program jumped right in to offer support, flexibility and whatever we needed to be sure she was taken care of. Lyra has become my husband's best friend through my illness and she adds so much joy and happiness to our lives.
From application, to adoption, and now post-adoption. Meg and Bobbie, along with the vet staff, have all been incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful not only in ensuring that we got a dog that fit our needs but nearly a year later, they're continuing to invest time and energy and effort to make sure we're still doing well. Everyone at the facility, is incredible and we couldn't recommend them more.”
“Loved coming here before the paths were put in but I get that more foot traffic is better for funding and stuff. They take good care of everything, no litter, no overflowing trash cans. All in all a great place to go.”

“I have been a member of three other CSA's and what I love about this one is the choice! "Shopping" in the store room is always fun and I love the perks and affordable add-ons like the Fruit and the Flowers! The optional volunteer hours also have taught me a lot!”
“Awesome caring place. It is so good to know there are others willing to help any type of animal just like myself. Recently took them some newborn Meadow Voles that made a nest in my basement door. Please donate today to AARK.”
“We renewed our connection with this wonderful Retreat Center. The Sisters of Mercy are wonderful hosts, providing a beautiful space that is both engaging and contemplative.”
“I cannot say enough great things about the Dolphins Aquatic Club. We joined in 2021 when our former club was shut down for Covid and it was the best move we could have made. The coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable and we are like a big family. Our swimmers go on to become very successful in their swimming careers. My son has made great friends and his skill level has improved so much since working with this coaching staff. If you are looking for a great swim team with a family feel this is the club to join.”

“I recently participated in a webinar on Dementia. It was excellent! Trying to better appreciate the gravity in what it means to be a care giver for someone with dementia – Kevin Jameson helped provide a wealth of information. He was patient, methodical and sensitive. There is an incredible amount of resources, programs, and information – out there. This event has proved to be an excellent starting point to begin my exploration.”
“Every month for approximately three years, we have eagerly anticipated food delivery day! Absolutely the BEST way, bar none, to spend a Sunday morning. There is much hunger in the world so it is incredibly satisfying to assist in lending a hand to our neighbors who may be struggling. JRA is a wonderful nonprofit led by a terrific president (Amy) and volunteer organizer (Melissa). They accomplish Herculean feats on a shoestring.”
“Helping others: no one should go hungry in a world filled with caring people. Providing meals for underserved, disabled, homebound, and those truly in need. NON PROFIT RUN BY VOLUNTEERS LIKE ME. I may be disabled but I found a way to give back!”
“I hang here every day, I know the rules of the club and I respect them. The manager is following the rules and enforcing them so if you think you’re above the rules you are wrong. This is a military club. Please don’t disrespect it”

“JDN is one of the best daycares in Jenkintown!! My son is transitioning to kindergarten this school year and we had a wonderful experience over the last two years with JDN! The director is amazing and always so helpful! My son is well prepared for kindergarten after going through JDN!! Also, I got a chance to build a really great mom network with some amazing moms, and our kids just love each other. Another, things I love about JDN is how diverse the kids and parents are! Don’t sleep on JDN!!”
“This was my 1st visit and not close to home but this Doctor is excellent. Completely worth the drive. She was very caring , understanding and most helpful. True old fashion/ professionalism AKA bed side manner. She took time to listen and showed great patience in learning my health history. Dr Martinez is a compassionate human being & state of the art caring doctor . Thank you .”
“We were in town visiting family for the Thanksgiving weekend and were looking to do a little local shopping and found this place on yelp. Lovely little thrift store! Well organized and so fun to browse around. Were thrilled to find a stash of vinyl to peruse as our son has recently purchased a turntable - picked out an eclectic mix to wrap up and put under the tree at Christmas. Shared this find with our animal loving family that live in the area.”
“We love the Doylestown YMCA and have been members for over 20 years. But right now, the use of the one Sauna is troublesome. Despite clearly written rules, such as no electronics, no working out, no gym shoes in the sauna, and minimum age limits, there is no one to enforce the rules and the sauna has become unbearable. We believe the lifeguards are perhaps supposed to enforce the rules but I have never seen them enforced. Today, they were a bunch of very young boys in the sauna and the lifeguard saw how young they were and did nothing. The boys were challenging each other to see how long they could last which seems dangerous. Every time we are in the sauna just about everyone is wearing gym shoes, looking at their phone, and working out! As a result it is not a very sanitary sauna. Please return the sauna to its peaceful state!”
“My mother has been at Wesley for over 16 years....first in her independent apartment and more recently in Skilled Nursing. The facility and staff have always been outstanding and shown her great care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WEL Doylestown to anyone.”
“Great place, full of life! The director of this center, Viktoria, is an amazing kind-hearted person who dedicated her life to this place so she could bring various activities and experiences to the community!”
“I would like to thank the phlebotomy specialist Samira W for the wonderful job she did on Saturday, October 20th at the Red Cross Blood, Platelet and Plasma Donation Center on Rhawn St in NE Philly. Everything went so smoothly, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this place and especially Samira. The breakfast bars and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Thanks again.”
