He tested the power supply, checked the motherboard and reset the system - and it booted up normally. He also gave me detailed advice about how to fix/maintain our noisy laptop fan. I asked how much I owe for his help and advice - and he said “just have a nice day!” He was friendly and professional; and clearly knows his way around malfunctioning computers. I’ll be going back to him for future computer problems.”

No one acknowledged me or my need for assistance. I noticed the gaming area had a very enthusiastic clerk who was educating a customer on available products.
