“The amount of gratitude I have for Makeyla and Byron cannot be measured. I’ve been dealing with an issue for almost a year that has kept my daughter from communicating with her friends and family with her tablet. Apple online support and AT&T online/in store support could not help me at all but these two individuals were able to solve the issue.
