The items I get here are great. My mom and I have been using CosmoProf as our go to whenever it’s available. But the customer service is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend if you need a product last minute. Their hours are terrible, and this location (I don’t know about the others) locks their doors early. I wouldn’t have been as frustrated if the manager wasn’t looking at me through the window at 5:58 and then told me when I asked if I could just use card since I only needed on item, that it was already past 6 and she already had her tills all closed, and offered absolutely no solution for me. I would really appreciate it if you could either fix your clocks or get a better closing system. I’ve worked retail and it’s not hard to wait till close to lock your door.

Everytime I come to pick up supplies (in June 2020 thru August 2020) have sign on the door saying "curbside only", then I get conflicting emails from cosmoprof saying this location is open for in store shopping. So sick and tired of this being the normal for this location, not to mention they keep close to no stock on most of the products I am coming to pick up. Sometimes the staff will come out and have you write down item you want on paper while you stand outside in the heat. This last time they just let me stand outside and no one even came to the door to get an order from me. Now they have a long list of when they will or will not be open for in store shopping for this week. Looks like only on half of Friday, and Saturday/Sunday for this week. It is Monday and I am glad the items I need are not an emergency. Last two times I came on weekend hours, it was also curbside only, so there is no consistency for week to week with them!
