As much as the food is very cost effective here at the food court, the dine-in experience is horrendous.Tables & floors are always a mess it seems, probably because the staff has zero time to clean up after customers who constantly ???? leaving huge amounts of mustard and ketchup stains, food crumbs and used trash behind.Oddly enough there are multiple trashcan's but I guess mom doesn't work here to clean up after those rude customers. Rude imo...It's a ???? over at the ???? ??????? counters too for your drinks and condiments. I never could understand how people can learn to leave the mess like this either. All ???????? aside about the cleanliness at the dining area everything else seems decent by the Costco staff. The pizza tastes good imo but the exorbitant ???????? per slice kinda makes me shy away from getting it as a quick dinner option for the family. But I know other families right now cannot afford a lot so there isn't much of a choice. The ????????? are very ?????, so there's a plus there. The best seat in the dining area imo is near the tire center. It has way less people around you like cashier check outs, or the self service area where it's always busy (even near the coffee grinder). Or the often screaming tiny customers. Which is a bit more of a controversy depending on how to look at it.I'm amazed I had this much to say for a tiny little food court. ? But it's amazing how much you can do if you have any time to sit down a few times, chewing down a late lunch and watch the people around you. LolEnjoy your food and cost savings here. My suggestion is to take this home rather than eating in.Vegetarian options: Definitely would not be my first choice for taking my Vegetarian friends. No way I would suggest it for my Vegan friends lolParking: Costco has been trying to fix the parking lot issues but the customers who don't care kinda make it difficult. Plenty of parking unless you are trying to get close to the front doorWheelchair accessibility: Personally I would like to see more handicap parking. Maybe reserve some more closer parking around the building. Like on the side or on other isles. All the options for handicap seem to be focused on the spaces in proximity to the door. I just think if some people would leave those for TRUE handicap parking people rather than those who seem fairly healthy when walking to the door. I don't want to accuse anyone but I feel like it should be tiered based on disability (but that's just me). I think or hope you know what I am referring to.

I like the stores, products and selection. I loved that they recently opened one near my office. Staff is always helpful.I don't like that they don't allow two people that don't live together to be on a membership. You have to have the same address. It isn't worth it for me as I live alone and don't need many things in bulk. I hope one day they change that policy. So for now I'll go when I can, on a weekend, with my boyfriend. I do love their rotisserie chicken!

Optical Department I had a problem with my eye glass prescription. Todd, in the optical department, took care of it efficiently and expeditiously. I highly recommend him!

Costco is the warehouse store with something for everyone. Launched a few years ago in Warminster, this location has gained tremendous popularity. It's parking lot is now always busy, with a constant turnover of spaces and carts. Inside, the service people-- although not abundant-- are always helpful and knowledgeable. Returns are quick, and adjustments, when needed, seem fair for the consumer. Quality new food items are often test marketed for limited times, so be sure to stock up if you find something you really like. Samples are available for those products being introduced, and are unlimited for the numerous "grazers" in the crowd.

Decent prices for bulk purchases, limited selection, some food is expired/spoiled, slow checkouts, poor customer service. Not even worth the $60 membership fee. Three stars is too high and given only for the convenient location.

It's a Costco, and if you don't know about Costco by now please look elsewhere to learn more. This review is specific to the warminster, pa store. Again I'll say it's a Costco so there's a lot to like. BUT I've about had it with this location. First of all, they have rows of shelves perpendicular to the check out lines so there's not enough room for people to properly queue up at a register. The lines at the registers have to go to either side of the perpendicular row of shelves, and those two lines sometimes go most of the way to the back of the store. This consistently causes two problems: (1) people still shopping need to cross through the lines of people queuing for checkout. This hardly goes well and causes problems for everyone. And (2) because there are two long lines that fan out to (usually) more than two checkout registers I've seen arguments break out as people might not be aware there are two lines, and/or they just feel entitled to a certain register line and are willing to argue or fight for it. I've seen this a number of times and was even confronted once (thankfully that time an employee intervened in my defense). To make matters worse, lately an employee hovers in the checkout area, but instead of being helpful they try to upsell you to a more expensive membership. I think greed had them put in too many perpendicular isles so close to the registers, and now more greed layers more annoyance on top of the bad logistics. Normally the shopping carts are put in the vestibule for shoppers to grab on their way in. Now the vestibule is full of plants so they filled the sidewalks with the shopping carts. So what? Well with the sidewalks now full of carts people need to walk in traffic to get to the store entrance. I just watched an elderly couple come within inches of being hit by someone who was looking to the side to find a parking spot rather than looking for pedestrians forced to walk in traffic. Sure, that's an isolated incident but it happens frequently. I heard a man complain to an employee that he was almost hit because the parking lot is now very dangerous and the employee was nonchalant in replying that they only do this for seasonal things when they need the space. So more greed puts customers at risk, and the survivors get to fight the checkout lines while navigating the store, then fight each other while trying to check out, then hopefully make it safely to their car without getting hit. At its heart, it's a Costco, but this particular one is grossly mismanaged putting sales over customer safety and experience.

For some reason Costco gas is now cheaper in Warminster than it is in NJ despite lower state gas tax in NJ.

Always shopped at the store and was Ok with it until this Saturday. I had unpleasant experience in both optical and tire departments . In optical I was told that my prescription was wrote incorrectly, upon checking with my doctor, turned out that Costco sales person didn't read the prescription correctly. Tire department wanted to change me $200 for the tire which should have been covered by Costco "great warranty ". According to the mechanic , the tire was repaired 2 times.
