My Mom and I have had Costco memberships for the last 9 years. Recently she has become unable to walk. Getting a scooter here is near impossible and when you do get one, you’re lucky if the charge lasts 10 minutes. In one instance today, we did manage to finally get one and she realized she left her card home. They now have a policy you need to scan your card to enter. The guy at the entrance wouldn’t take her showing the app to him that clearly said she had a membership as good enough and tells her there’s a way to get the card on the app. When she asked if he could show her, he refused and told her to go out the entrance and get in line at customer service to get a new card. The line for customer service was out the entrance door and almost out the lobby door too. Instead we simply left. There’s no reason you should have to scan a card to get in and scan it at checkout. There’s no reason an employee should be rude about showing someone how to access their electronic card in this case because they accidentally left their card home. There is no reason to have to wait in a huge line at customer service if you pay a membership fee. There is no reason to shop at Costco anymore. The corporate greed is so apparent it’s disgusting.

Costco is my go-to store!
I’ve been a loyal member for over 15 years, and I absolutely love it. Great products, great value, and always a pleasant shopping experience. I truly enjoy coming here. Highly recommend!

It’s very nice and convenient that there are a lot of workers. You can ask at any time and any employee will answer you. If you ask to see something, they will not just answer you, they will take you to that place. Everyone is very polite. Meat is a little more expensive than in other wholesale stores. The fruits are perfect and cheaper than anywhere else. This store is worth having a membership. You won't save money, but you will get quality products.

Nothing is cheap. Everything is expensive employee and employers are rude. Costco makes money from the membership. I got free membership through Uber. Once it's finished, I'm not going to renew it. I'd rather go to Walmart and buy the same thing for cheaper price and without a membership...

the cashier and the helper are so rude 07/07/2024, rushing you to get through. it's better you go to self checkout and you don't feel being rush.

First, this is my usual store and it is well run and clean. Staff are genuinely helpful and listen well. I had a delivery today of a piece of furniture (sofa bed, Thomasville chair and a half that folds out). The delivery staff was excellent and the delivery teams was just fantastic the quality of the item was top notch h and the price was reasonable. Everything was as described. Day ahead to confirm, it would be nice to email or text the expected delivery time rather than ask e to call back for it.

I like place, but I've never been to a store where people act like the food is about to run out, and they practically knock you over if you're in their way. Haha. My god...slow down...relax....its just food shopping. Theres plenty for everyone.

Some of the laziest employees that make the most excuses out there (usually lies but we will call it excuses).
Otherwise costco is has a nice selection (if the employees aren't telling you they won't get down the item you want).
