We came in on Monday afternoon, with only an idea to browse for. Tim was extremely helpful and informative without being pushy. We went back and forth for a while, and with his help we decided to purchase our stools today and couldn’t be happier! Great selection and everything can be custom ordered. They even offer loaner stools while yours are being made.

What a gem of a place! While looking for kitchen chairs we stumbled across this shop filled with beautiful tables and chairs. We were looking to replace our kitchen chairs and within minutes after entering we found the perfect choice! The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. Simply a pleasure to do business with. When we get ready to replace the table we’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Purchased a beautiful kitchen set from Creative Dinettes in 2016 and unfortunately one of the chairs broke. We contacted the people at Creative Dinettes and they were 100% user friendly. We were hoping they would contact the manufacturer and order us a new exact chair. They looked up our set on their computer system and informed us that not only would they contact the manufacturer on our behalf, but that the chairs carried a 10 year guarantee! They informed us that they would handle the entire process to get us an exact chair to replace our broken chair. I can not imagine anyone expecting more from a business. I recommend Creative Dinettes not only for their fantastic selection but also for their customer service.

The associates didn’t even acknowledge us when we went in yesterday. We stood there for quite a bit to inquire about a dining set; and they completely ignored us as if we didn’t exist. They had two active customers and three associates to help out.

Very friendly and down to earth staff members. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful! Delivery was on time and the drivers were very diligent. My furniture was delivered on a rainy day and they took care to cover everything on the way in! All in all very great experience and I will be back and recommend others.

Love this store. (You do need to allow time to look around and decide what you want. They have so many more options than meet the eye.). Tim is honest, thorough, detail-oriented. Got everything on our order just right.Fair prices. Delivery was outstanding. Call ahead. On time. Experienced delivery men knew exactly how to assemble. In and out in no time. New dining set is exactly as we pictured it and it arrived earlier than promised. High quality.
