Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. Went to go get a prescription filled and told me I had to wait five hours. Don’t understand why it takes five hours to fill a prescription then told me he can always only hold it for two weeks when I have a very busy work schedule. Then just walked away from me and help the other Customer like I was not even there.

Purchased a scratch off ticket amongst other items the night before (so I am a customer of the store). The scratch off winnings were $20. I received my voucher and upon waiting 5 minutes standing in line for an older customer to figure out her return, the cashier told me that CVS does not have the ability to pay out winnings. Every pennsylvania lottery merchant has the ability to pay winnings up to a certain amount. They refused me over $20? Won't be returning!

I’m in need of an emergency medication that I’m prescribed. CVS has my prescription and the pharmacist was extremely nasty and hung up on me. CVS pharmacy in general has been a nightmare.

I hate that I have to give this place a star. Walgreens across the street is way more customer oriented. This cvs makes me feel like an inconvenience and give me nothing but troubles. I had to be here because a previous insurer forced me to. I recently switched insurance companies and will be moving all my meds.

The women who work the night shift are amazing. This morning at around 5:30AM, I saw Gail putting away the truck, taking care of customers, handling returns, issues at self checkout, AND working photo. My goodness, give this lovely lady another raise.
Despite working on all of those things, she was pleasant while assisting me. There is also another woman, I cannot remember her name, who is so kind. Every time I come in early, she is humming or singing and just has an overall gentle demeanor. She takes time to greet me and ask how I am doing.
Great customer service. You're lucky to have them!

My review of is directed at CVS as a corporation, and how it impacts customer service at this location. The service at this store has been relatively good, and I have commended several of the employees by name. I was forced to transfer all of my prescriptions from another CVS location because an arrogant pharmacist refused to fill my perfectly legitimate pain management prescriptions for a patently false reason. CVS Corporate supports this behavior, which aligns with its well-established campaign of avoidance and harassment of pain sufferers.
Not satisfied with the status quo, CVS has recently implemented the unannounced deferment in prescription fills, which very nearly de-stabilized me. Although the DEA and prescription plans permits a fill on Day 28, CVS will now arbitrarily defer fills on Day 30 of a 30-day supply, or at the very last minute; so a customer can conceivably be in the process of withdrawal while a pharmacist takes his/her time filling a prescription that the pharmacy has had for days, accompanied by such excuses as, “there is only one pharmacist”. This organization is operating perilously close to the edge of practicing medicine without a license, and supporting its agents who do likewise.

I had a great experience at CVS today! Everything I wanted was in stock. The store was neat and organized. Staff was friendly. Prices great with all of the available coupons!

I want to take a moment and say that the nightshift crew needs to be commended for their invaluable work ethic and customer service professionalism. The women on that shift are always working non-stop. Every time I go there, no matter how late they are stocking shelves and serving customers, yet still take the time to greet you when they see you. I appreciate that.

Waiting on the line for drive through for 30 min
Second line never work lady tels me to go around and I lose my turn had to wait another 30 min
Maybe should get a sign or construction cone or something so the people don't have to go through this

Slowest drive thru there is. The gentleman with the 4 year old mask is as slow as molasses. Rude pharmacist. Get it together!
