Went to pickup Rx after receiving a call that it was ready, only to find it was at ANOTHER CVS pharmacy. Why did this one call me.??♀️ The other CVS said she could have corrected it for the next time, but she said she could not help me. Had to contact physician, again, to request a new Rx. That's not an easy task either. Never had this issue when I used my local hometown pharmacy.

I have been a regular customer of this pharmacy for the last five years and more than a decade for CVS. My whole family gets prescriptions from here. My son was sick and the doctor prescribed Amoxil. I went to pick up the medicine after 24 hours. First I was told medicine was not ready and I should wait. Then after some time, I was called and requested to pay. I paid for the medicine. I also wanted to buy shampoo, and the technician scanned it. Suddenly, a guy appeared from behind and canceled the transaction, and ordered me to go to the front counter and pay there for the shampoo. I asked him, why you canceled the transaction. He said my name is Josh and I am the manager and can do what I want. Anyhow, on the protest of other customers, he completed the transaction for the shampoo but held my medicine. I told him, I had already paid you in full for the prescription, why you are holding my medicine? He became really rude and replied, I am the manager, I can do what I want. I can even cancel your prescription and also block you from future shopping at CVS. I was shocked to see such a rude person. I requested his name, he refused. Then on insisting, he told me my name was Josh Ibrahim. Actually, his name was Patel.I left the pharmacy because my son was sick, but continued to threaten me front behind. Do not come back to this pharmacy. I am canceling all of your prescriptions. What a shame, a shop owner threatening his customers. Shame on you.

I thought I’d straightened out at the issues with getting my ADHD meds filled. My doctor increased the dose slightly, I went in to pick it up and was told “OH they won’t authorize it until the 27th” and I just got off the phone with my pharmacy benefits customer support who told me the pharmacist DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO RUN IT!!! ? luckily, the rep said she’d call the pharmacist to tell him to fill the dang script because it is approved. I hate that for whatever reason (felt like spite), the guy felt it was perfectly acceptable to play god with my medication.

Incompetent pharmacy staff. My wife has 2 insurances; medical and birth control. The pharmacy staff refuses to charge the correct insurance and insists we pay out of pocket for covered care. They refuse to assist you on the phone, will hang up on you abruptly, and insist for you to come into the store to resolve an issue that can be resolved on the phone. This has caused us to spend several hundreds of dollars out of pocket for things that should be covered under our insurance plans. The lead pharmacist we've dealt with is Josh.

If I had to give a 0 star I would! I had a prescription sent to this location for my toddler. Apparently they didn’t have the medication so they sent it to another cvs without my knowledge and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and inform me. So I had to drive to another cvs to tell me the same thing but they never got anything. So come to find out both are out of stock and didn’t even inform me.

This is a good pharmacy to keep in your phone because it is a 24 hour pharmacy. And the pharmacists today was careful and thorough and willing to help me by transferring a prescription. Many thanks!

This is the only cvs around the area that’s 24 hours so it is convenient when you need prescriptions in the middle of the night from urgent care/ER. I’m not a fan of their pharmacy staff cause they tend to be rude and show no empathy. However, I love the retail part of the store and employees are always helpful and nice. Lee is the sweetest!

If I could give this store , a negative rating, I would. But I’ll try to be nice. Never have I been somewhere and have a cashier accuse me of stealing as SHES RINGING MY THINGS UP. I’m really disturbed by this as I’m a respectful to everyone . How dare someone accuse a customer of stealing bc she saw me with 5 things in my hand and brought up 3 to pay for. I’m sorry I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to change my mind and put something back if I didn’t want it. So unprofessional and literally flat out wrong to do this. NEVER GOING BACK ..if this woman rings you up. Better empty your purse out so she doesn’t accuse you too!

I stopped in for an OTC item that was free from my medical insurance.Staff was rude and incompetent. A manager had to read printed instructions on how to charge the item to Aetna insurance. It took them 15 minutes.I rarely go to a CVS due to their over priced products and rude incompetent staff.

Worst pharmacy ever. A women named Karen(how perfect) wouldn't fill a prescription for mouthwash without contacting the doctor first. And the same woman for my last two prescriptions prior did the same thing wouldn't fill it until somebody contacted the doctor the next business day. Either completely incompetent or intentionally not wanting to help customers and pushing the work off on someone else the next day.

Been using this pharmacy almost two years and it has been nothing but a nightmare the last couple months. Scripts are filled days/weeks later, insurance is not processed prior to telling me what my portion is. Time for change CVS. I don't know if it's the short staff or what but I will be going elsewhere...

Customer service at the pharmacy is not something the staff cares about. I understand the techs are busy but you are ignored when waiting to pick up a prescription. A “I will be with you shortly” might work. Dealing with confrontational staff is not pleasant. As a medical professional I strive for excellent customer relations. I think it’s time to find another pharmacy.

Meh.. its CVS. Not the cleanest, overpriced, pharmacy drive-thru can take an ungodly amount of time to get through, but it's functional. Please do something about the sewage smell in the parking lot though. The manhole covers are pouring sewer water out of them and it smells horrendous.

Zero stars. I do not usually write negative reviews, but their pharmacy department is the absolute worst of any CVS I’ve ever experienced. Frequently losing prescription orders and pointing the finger at their system. Mannerless, and unprofessional. Use a different Pharmacy and avoid this one at all costs.

This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy in the entire state of Pennsylvania. I've lived in many cities and I've never encountered such a colossal disorganized group of people in a pharmacy together. As always I show up for my prescription almost a full hour after I was confirmed it would be ready just to be told that it wasn't ready and asked if I wanted to expedited. Like no take your grand old time because I have all day to stand in line at CVS just to be told that my prescription isn't ready 20 minutes later when I finally get up to the counter that should have been ready an hour ago. Can you say unintelligent? And Miss Cathy copped an attitude when I called them out on how this happens each and every time at the CVS. She literally threw my compressed powder and compressed eyeshadow off to the side of the counter to pick up the bottom box to scan that first in my pile of items. Corporate will be hearing from me about her as well as Missy who gave the girl in front of me a filthy look as well as myself because we both called them out on how long it shouldn't take to pick up her prescription that should have been ready hours ago.
