I spent 30 mins in this store on a custom cup i ordered hours before received an email that the order was ready for pickup. Went and hour after the email to give more time just in case. Then hand me a mug without a box to fit just a bad and pictures not dry. Honestly terrible experience.

I would give it 4 to 5 stars for having a variety, but the service was a disaster. We went to pay and the guy ignored us. I had to pay with a card. He was a racist guy and he shouldn't work there.

I love this CVS Store because of it's location and only a couple minutes away from my home. I shop there once or twice a week. I love that they always have everything in stock I am looking for and the buy one get one free items, also their sale items. I like the ExtraCare Plus dollars every month, the 25 percent off one full price item, 25 percent off full price purchase and other sale items. Most all of the time I check out at the register either Jennifer or Kristopher take care of me, I love these two people because they are always pleasant, professional and courteous! I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated couple of employees than these two! Thanks again for always taking great care of me! With Sincere Appreciation Always! Glenn E. I scheduled an appointment to get my Covid 19-vaccine because I’m pregnant and I want to be protected. I’m not an American citizen and they denied me the vaccine when they belong to the Bridge access program that allow foreigners to get the COVID-19 vaccine.The pharmacist was rude and didn’t give or know any information about this program. Never going back to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. Waited 30 minutes in line for a prescription that I was notified was ready. I finally got to the counter an had to wait another hour for them to fill the prescription. This is all for a basic antibiotic. Do not use this pharmacy if you value your time and mental health.

Currently on hold an hour and a half and now it's their lunch break for another 30 minutes on hold. Zero regard for anyone's time or concerns. I could of driven there, shopped an hour, had lunch and made better time. And everyone is so rude for unnecessary reasons. We are obviously coming there for a reason, have some compassion for others!

Worst customer service at a pharmacy that I have ever received. I was hung up on twice, without any reason, and was treated like I was stupid. I work in healthcare and this is not acceptable behavior.
