I scheduled an appointment to get my Covid 19-vaccine because I’m pregnant and I want to be protected. I’m not an American citizen and they denied me the vaccine when they belong to the Bridge access program that allow foreigners to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmacist was rude and didn’t give or know any information about this program. Never going back to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. Waited 30 minutes in line for a prescription that I was notified was ready. I finally got to the counter an had to wait another hour for them to fill the prescription. This is all for a basic antibiotic. Do not use this pharmacy if you value your time and mental health.

Currently on hold an hour and a half and now it's their lunch break for another 30 minutes on hold. Zero regard for anyone's time or concerns. I could of driven there, shopped an hour, had lunch and made better time. And everyone is so rude for unnecessary reasons. We are obviously coming there for a reason, have some compassion for others!

Worst customer service at a pharmacy that I have ever received. I was hung up on twice, without any reason, and was treated like I was stupid. I work in healthcare and this is not acceptable behavior.

The CVS at 6501 Harbison Avenue in Philadelphia, is my Favorite. The service there is excellent and the employees are very pleasant and they go out of their way to help you.

The location at Mearns Road has a busy pharmacy and the workers do their best to provide quick service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible pharmacy staff and attitude they have. Never have medicine in stock. Their excuse is always we ran out and never try to be helpful in anyway. Then they wanna take forever and talk while I sit there and wait. Then wanna ask me if I want to have them transfer over everything to another store like come on.

I'm giving this pharmacy a 2 because some of the staff are nice if they werent it would a 1. Every time I refill a medication there is always an issue, even after I get confirmation that my prescriptions are ready to go. Worst pharmacy.

This pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. I was leaving for a vacation and needed to catch a plan in Newark NJ. I took notice my inhaler appeared not to be working correctly. I called to refill and shared my story. The pharmacist on duty stated I would need to wait one hour because others were ahead of me. I explained I did not have one hour and this falls under the category of unusual circumstances. She kept repeating not fair to others. Keep in mind that the inhaler is pre-boxed and would take no more than 5 minutes. I explained I was also having trouble breathing and she just kept repeating that it would not be fair. This woman was rude and totally lacked empathy to a specific situation. The store manager was absolutely pathetic. Shocks me that he was the manager. He demonstrated zero professionalism and stated he couldn’t do anything about it. CVS you are truly a disappointment.

I’m giving 5 starts only because Jocelyn Is the greatest employee ever and one of the nicest pharmacy staff members in the history of CVS……which is why I was upset to see the pharmacist speaking so rudely to her today(10/30/22). Clearly he was already frustrated and took it out on Jocelyn and as a customer it made me uncomfortable. I come in that location often and she is super nice and helpful every time. The male pharmacist needs to retire or change his attitude. I have seen him at other CVS locations and he is always grumpy.

My Mom and I needed some last minute items during our errands and saw this store since it was the closest drug store. We found so many cute items that we loved! (Nail polish, jewelry, fall decor!) The employee who checked us out was also kind.

I use this CVS location for my prescriptions. If you understand how the system works, you can get it to work well. I have not had good luck with automatic refills; if you have multiple prescriptions the refills are done individually, not as a group. So my advice is not to enable auto-refill. Rather, go onto their web site, make an account, and do refills in groups. A few days after submitting the refill on the web site, CVS sends you a text that it is ready for pickup. They hold it for 1.5 weeks, so you can pick it up at the drive through at your convenience.

Last time I was here I overheard a pharmacist yelling at a customer that she is too backed up. Understandable. But you need to hire more people. Online you advertise that you do walk in vaccines, when I come to get it, you say I need to make an appointment. Not professional experience, would recommend going across the street to any other pharmacy. Wouldn’t recommend.
