Chuck (the owner) and John (Chuck's assistant) are both committed to providing excellent customer service and are honest and trustworthy beyond anyone's expectations.

I first came across Dick and Rip's a few years ago when I got a flat tire a couple blocks away on the way to visit a relative. They just happened to have the right tire in stock and changed it for me for a good price. They left an impression with me of being good, honest, trust-worthy people. I have since moved to Warminster. Last week I was quoted for $3000+ from Midas to get 2 catalytic converters replaced, which they said was needed in order to pass inspection. There were a lot of red flags with that quote so I looked for nearby mechanics to get a second-opinion. I recalled my great experience with Dick and Rip's and decided to take it there. Once again, they proved to be amazing! John was great...very nice, knowledgeable, and honest. He put my car on a lift and it was clear to him that the exhaust had a leak...but not from either catalytic converter. It was the exhaust flanges that were the issue and was only a $19 part! They saved me so much money and unnecessary work which I am so grateful for. I can't say enough good things about this place! I highly recommend them!!!

I have never been so disappointed with a mechanic in my life. My 2023 Jeep I just bought; the engine light went on. I brought the Jeep to the Dick and Rips . They turned the light off and said come back if it comes back on. I went back when the light did turn on 4 days later. The mechanic said they would keep it and fix it. I called the next day for an update. I talked to a rude man, who gave me attitude. He told me he will not fix the car because it is a new car and the car is under warranty at the dealership (which I knew about). The dealership said they would reimburse me. I asked why they couldn't tell me that to begin with instead of wasting my time. The man replied that he was not there during the conversation and again would not fix it. I called a jeep dealership; the next appt. was 5 days later HENCE why i went to this mechanic because I knew there was a wait at my local dealerships. I wish I could rate this place less then 1 star with customer service, disappointment, and cruelness. I will NEVER recommend this mechanic to any of my friends and or family. I hope someone reads this review and it will prevent them from coming to this dealership. Very disappointed.

Had a slow leak in my tire from a screw. Brought it in and was fixed in 15 minutes for under 20 bucks.
