It has been weeks since the part was ordered. The tracking # provided was incorrect. No one answers the phone, no one responds to chat. I will be talking with Lowes contact to drop business relationship with this poorly managed company.

Don't expect much from this company, they have the worst customer service ever. They can not seem to get anythi g right, and there is just no customer service.
