The work is good, but Kevin seems to get off on just being plain insulting. I'm not sure if he means to be or if he's just like that in general but it has an impact on who you want to be working with. And he's not just done it the once either. I don't think I'll be using them again just on the strength of that alone. But the printing is good. They've never really failed in that regard.
