The employees here are some really good people. They were so helpful and kind. The Switch 2 launch. GameStop sometimes gets a bad rap, but this store doesnt deserve that criticism.

Great store, great stuff and very friendly employees that are willing to help and not ignore you! When I get over to that area, I always pop in just to see what’s on sale and I always wind up picking up something!

I will say, this establishment is very nice on the outside. But the inside has horrors between the walls. The employee helping me out seemed kind. But I learned quickly of his true nature. I was asking if they had the new nintendo switch, to which he responded figure it out old women. I’m 20 years old. This hurt me. He was also filming vlogs instead of offering me assistance. Horrible employee, therefore horrible establishment. DO BETTER GAME STOP

Marcos the manager was awesome. He was here for the switch 2 release and he made it so smooth. He gave us numbers so our spot was saved. He was super organized and everything ran smoothly. You can tell he cares about his customers. He made this a really nice midnight experience.

Once again I stop by this store close to the 1:00pm timeframe and the door is locked. “Be back in an hour”. Why bother opening at 12pm when you know you need to close again. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location and many others. Customer looking to buy at your store and what an easy way to not make money.

The guy working the store chooses not to work and avoids customers. 2 instances. First I was out front waiting for them to open. He walks by me, goes inside. Comes back out, looks the door and walks over to get lunch(right as they opened) and didn't have the decency to say 1 word to me. My next time there i was again waiting for them to open. He pulls up and goes inside(door is locked). I continue to wait and he puts up a sign that says (sorry I am out from 10-11). I continue to wait while he sits inside at the desk. I walk back to my car and see him leave the store and get back in his car with a women and leave. Again did not have the decency to say hey sorry.... Apparently customers cut into his routine of not working.

Missed out on literally 9 customers because whoever working left until 7pm. I know they have to eat, just sucks they don't have someone to sit in for the hour, they had so many people stopping. We returned after 7pm and gentleman working was awesome and able to help with what my brother needed. Great customer service.

Just now me and my wife and another couple poeple arrived to this gamestop and even though on its website and in the door says it closes at 9pm today it was already closed when we arrived.

This gamestop is closest to me. Two years ago I would have given them five stars but, Im rough on my controller on the Xbox. When I got my Xbox I went through that controller fast. So, When I originally went to get a new controller the guy behind the desk told me getting one used would be better! So, everyone I bought up until this year was great no issues. My friend told me about the joy stick finger pads and the guards. That made a huge difference in my last controller. Anywho, my last controller had stick drift after three months. Not bad because I go through them monthly. So, my bf goes up there to get me another controller and it had stick drift. we had to go back and get another. Why I was up there I got two but, one of them wasn't for my Xbox. I got home and tried it out. Stick drift again I was annoyed pulled out the other and it wasnt the same controller. Ugh...so, we went to Abington location and informed us that warminster apparently have newer staff and are supposed to test all the controllers and that's not being done. Thanks Abington for all your help!

Always a great selection and the staff are always nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I usually go in looking for something for my kids, lost in the sauce, and every single time I can count on whoever is behind the counter to help me out.

I bought my son Call of Duty mw1 2019 and he was so excited to try it out but when he did it said that he needed to install data packs but everything was installed so he used YouTube tips and nothing worked and then it said that he had to purchase the game when he already had it installed mind you that it was $4.99 this is outrageous!!!

I was obsessed with the Sims games when they came out so long ago. I’d spend hours upon hours playing. Now I have a daughter and it just so happens she loves the Sims 4! I got her an Xbox for Christmas so she could play and I can’t believe the graphics and how clear they are compared to when I played like 2 decades ago !! Trying to show her the ropes but you know kids they think they know it all!! lol!!
