GIANT is a good international supermarket with a large selection of diverse foods and brands for the home. The store is well-stocked and clean. Employees are often quite helpful, polite, and friendly, with excellent attention. The manager and staff are known for their understanding and kindness in assisting customers. However, the self-checkout can be very frustrating, with frequent alerts causing delays. Occasionally, a cashier may provide service with no greeting and a scowl. Parking and handicap entrance are available.
Waited 15 minutes for for my curbside pickup. I let them know I was on my way. Let them know I was there and I waited. Lady next to me waited 20 minutes. Need to do better.
