Max-well Pharmacy Services is a great small, mom and pop pharmacy. The staff, including pharmacists, techs, and cashiers, are all extremely helpful, kind, courteous, polite, friendly, understanding, and attentive. They always go the extra mile to help customers, answering questions and assisting with the confusion that can surround medicine, pre-authorizations, and prescriptions. They are incredibly efficient, often filling orders quickly and having them ready when customers arrive, sometimes in less than an hour. The pharmacy is reliable for filling and refilling prescriptions without the problems experienced at larger chains. It also serves the community by stocking specific, odd, or hard-to-find over-the-counter items that other places may not carry. Customers describe it as an excellent pharmacy with a great, personal level of service that they highly recommend.
Great,fast service with new or refill scripts. Everyone warm and personable. Sooo much better than walking into Walgreens or CVS. Feel welcomed every time. They care!
