My husband and I recently visited our Habitat for Humanity location in Warminster PA. We were very disappointed. Price gouging is the norm in that location. At this point, we would never buy furniture there or recommend that anyone shops there for used furniture. We were looking for some items to help out our local community, but the pricing was so ridiculously indiscriminate for various items we left. It left us feeling less than happy that we were there. We ended up buying a pair of walkie-talkies for a grandchild that were broken. Not going back anytime soon.

Good store for furniture and household goods. Pat in the furniture dept. was very helpful and kind. Has new stuff too.

Incredibly expensive for furniture. Anything remotely attractive is often gouged. They wanted $35 for a disgusting rice cooker. It doesn't even say if it's tested. Add another $75 for a USED spot cleaner

Looking for cheap furniture? You found it!We were looking for cheap office furniture and they had dorm furniture for cheap. 50% off... Chairs $2,50, Tables $7.50, Bench $5,Can't beat that. I was more money to rent a trailer than the cost of the furniture...lol

One of the women behind the front counter is rude and defensive. I made a purchase online for store pick up to find that the item I purchased was listed incorrectly. Not a big deal…. I was able to return it right then and there and not accept the pick up. When I let the woman who refunded me know that the listing on fb was wrong and you might want to update it so no one else purchases this thinking it’s a different model, I was met with defensiveness and attitude that she didn’t make a mistake and she copied the upc off the box correctly. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience.”I wouldn’t buy something just to return it right when I picked it up. It was wrong, she was wrong and she was rude.

I’ve donated to the restore several times; but today I tried to drop off a donation, and was informed that they only take full boxes of tile. I had two unopened boxes, and several open boxes from the same lot, they would not take the open ones. I only wish I would’ve taken back the unopened boxes. I was then told that they would not take a brand new cabinet door because they didn’t like the damaged box. At that point, I took everything else I was going to donate and left. I thought I was making a donation. But I was treated like I was making a But I was treated like I was making an unwelcome return. Won’t be going back there ever again.

Great quality furniture and various items... prices are way too steep. I heard several other shoppers complaining about prices while I was in there. Much of the used furniture was just below retail prices. Overall its a good place to shop and you can find some deals.

Over the years, I have made it to almost every habitat for humanity resale store Pennsylvania and New Jersey and I love this place great deals, but recently I was at the Warminster store and with a military ID because you receive a discount but a white lady manager with black hair told me only the people who served in the military can receive this discount and if I wanted to receive this discount, I had to bring my husband back. Well I was very upset because my husband died for this country and because he is deadThe United States government gives widows their benefits she tried to tell me that she called every store and no one gives a discount to wives of deceased military. I have never heard anything so horrible in my life . Because I’ve been going to the other stores for years and they all give discounts with a military ID. Some has special days, and quite a few other stores and restaurants with a active military ID gives discounts because it’s a way to honor families and Veterans who served or gave their life for the United States I wonder, if it was just the color of my skin that made the difference Because I can’t understand. I have never had this problem with any other employee in this store or any other store ever. Will I continue to go to Habitat resale stores of course I will, because in most cases is a great value and the stores do a lot to help other people I’m not gonna let one person change how I think about a company that does well for so many others.

I parked and got out of my car today and witnessed the male worker at the drive thru screaming at a woman dropping off items. He would not explain where he wanted her to park just yelled at least 20xs “move your car”. If I was her I would have left. I went in store found stuff went to register and one of items had no ticket. It was plastic container that was 4$. Lady said. Someone ripped ticket off. I said it probably fell off in cart. She insisted it was ripped off. Took it to manager came back and said 20$. I’m like it’s an old plastic container not 20$. Very nastily she said do u want it or not. I said no. I’m never going there again. Employees are mean to customers and I blame the management that allows that to happen

First time coming to this store. Saw a DVD shelf furniture for sale I was interested in purchasing (had stickers on them each) and was occupied with DVDs for sale for the store. There were many other items in this store that weren't for sale that has a sign "NOT FOR SALE" which is understandable. But was helped by a woman who asked a manager. And I was told that the Store Manager had a remark of "It has DVDs on them! Obviously it's not for sale. Take the price stickers off immediately!" This is not professional and I will NOT shop here due to the experience.

I was interested in purchasing some small plates. An associate was ripping off the price tags and increasing their cost (from $1 to $3 each). They lost a customer who would have bought the whole lot, to walking out with nothing.Their prices have steadily increased over the past few months. Marketplace has better bargains.

Have a nice sofabed I wanted to donate that was hardly used. I even purchased a new mattress for it. They came to pick it up today and wouldn't take it because they saw a dog hair on it. I said I would vacuum the sofabed but they wouldn't take it (and I noticed their truck was really full...don't know how they would have fit it in the truck).
