Avoid Hair Cuttery at all costs and avoid Lynn at this location. I left with my entire scalp damp when the only service I went in for was a blowout. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a blowout. Customer service is horrible and they will do nothing to help you, they won’t even answer you.

Left the salon with hair dye all over my hairline! Charged $65 for a root touch up and then had to go to Ulta to purchase wipes to get the hair dye off my skin. Won't be going back!

Yes, I made sure I explained myself very clearly of what I wanted, she kept saying I understand, but did not do anything I had asked. I am a 30some year personal of hair and this young girl could use some knowledge, I just wanted her to do what I had ask. The air was broken, but it was 8 o'clock in the morning, just so sadService: Haircut

My elderly mother called the Hair Cuttery at 184 W. Street Rd., Feasterville Pa in advanced which they told her they accept walk ins. So when we walked inside the hair Cuttery around 1:09p, the stylist (older white female with blonde hair) said, “We don’t accept walk ins! and you have the sign in the computer” When i attempt to sign into the computer it was not allowing me to enter anything. So i told the stylist (older white female blonde hair) that the computer was not allowing me to sign in and her response was the computer had a mind of its own. I told the stylist (olderwhite female, blonde hair) all my mom wanted was a standard short haircut, no wash no blow dry. My mother’s hair is short anyway. The stylist (older white female, blonde hair) said, “We are all busy with customers and we will not be available till 2:30p” “Do you want to wait and it be an hour wait?” I ask my mom, “Do you want to wait?” She said, “ok” A customer ( younger white male) walked in around 1:12p and the stylist (older white female, blonde hair)Ask the customer,” if his appointment was at 1:30p?” And he responded, “Yes” The stylist did not check the computer to confirmed the appointment he walked in after we arrived. The customer (white male) was done by 1:20p. All three stylists were done by 1:25p. Then the one stylist (older white female blonde hair) told another stylist (heavy set, white female brunette hair with a blue bun) that all my mom wanted was a standard short haircut, no wash no blow dry. The stylist (heavy set white female brunette hair with the blue bun) who was extremely rude asks me, “Your appointment (meaning my mom) is at 2:30p right?” I responded, “Yes” She said this statement two more times emphasizing the time at 2:30p. I ask this same stylist if she was taking my mother and her response was, “I have a customer at 1:30p” She appeared to be annoyed and angry. The stylist (heavy set white female brunette hair blue bun) sat in front of the computer refusing to conduct service. .At 1:30p to 1:45p, the establishment was still empty, no customers. After waiting for a few more minutes of watching them (stylists) sweep around. I told my mother let’s go to another hair Cuttery. I told the stylist (heavy set, white female, brunette hair, blue bun), “I’m going to leave and her response was, “Are you coming back?” “I was like naaah i don’t think so..” So we got up, left and went to the Hair Cuttery on Grant Av and blvd. They were very busy with alot of customers (all different nationalities)waiting and being taken care of. These employees were working efficiently and quickly. A stylist (Ed) took my mom in immediately and she was done in 5 minutes haircut and all. The hair Cuttery on Grant Av is one of the best hair stylists place, if you’re looking for a good place to get your hair done quick and efficiently. Just wanted to let the stylist (heavy set, white female, brunette hair with blue bun) know you did my mom a favor, we decided to go another Hair Cuttery (Grant Av). Thank you. I will always go this Hair cuttery on Grant and avoid the one on 184 W. Street Rd.Service: Haircut
