It surprises me their rating is what it is. I went their for years always to same accountant. She did an awesome job working with my wife and self. H and R pricing each year continues to go up as does everything but I think it's too much anymore to be their. I use an excellent established accountant and it's less by a couple hundred from what H and R was charging me. And their parking not really the greatest layout for parking lot. As the other stores in strip are sometimes pretty busy themselves it can make parking annoying.

This HR Block closes at 6, however the associate locked the doors at 4:30 when I asked to make an appointment. It’s very inconvenient, don’t expect to be seen without an appointment.

I normally do my own taxes, but due to a special situation, I wanted a professional. If they couldn't even properly schedule/keep an appointment, then how could I possibly trust them with my taxes.
