Good evening Google family. This is my first time visiting a Key Bank. I know someone who works here and I wanted to visit them. Jennifer, a teller, was very friendly and I left my business card with her. She said she would deliver it to my friend. Where this bank is located, reminds me of an island. There are not a lot of businesses around. Its like in a remote area. I hope to visit this location again. Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!!!
Hello again and I just wanted to post an update to my previous review. I am happy that Jennifer delivered my business card to my friend. I was very glad to receive a call from Mr. Anthony O. Richardson, the Branch Manager/Vice Presideht. Very informative, engaging and enlightening phone call. I would like to visit the branch again when I am in the area. A very personable place to be. A place where I would definitely like to bank and build future relationships. Perhaps a partnership. A Pleasure. Thank you Key Bank. I will be back.

The branch manager Melitte (spelling ?) is a joke. She doesn’t return phone calls and is useless. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t care about her job and it shows. Nobody sticks around there long enough anyways so she won’t be there long. This bank doesn’t know what they are doing and the bank switches names more than any other bank I know. I’m so glad to be done with them.

Worse bank ive ever been too a family member sent me a $25 check and they kept 7.50 of it because I didn't have an acct with them i waited in line for over 20 mins I was the only person in the drive three smh horrible service

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank. Only went with this one because the car dealership where I bought my car uses them. Walked in to pay off my car loan last week. Handed over a very large check and they had no clue how to handle it. Said to mail it in. Bank manager offered to fedex to corporate office who in turn FedEx it beck to them.... Needless to say my car payment is now late and keybank sucks

Very poor customer service. My partner and I went in to withdraw cash from her account and they said they did not have enough money to fill the order (under 20k). They made faces at me and my partner when we requested the funds and, when I told them we needed it for settlement that week, they lectured us on better settlement practices. They did not know what or how we planned to use the funds for settlement, which we had already cleared with our lender. That is not their place when it is unsolicited. It is understandable to have a policy regarding how much funds can be withdrawn, but make the policy known and provide it to customers when it comes up and upon opening accounts.
They also do not have a public restroom, which is a common courtesy for customers.
I am persuading my partner to close the account for a bank with better customer service. They lost customers this day.

Try to get a loan from here.it took almost three months to process. In the meantime every two or three days they called me for one simple question. If they are professional employees should have all the questions related to the loan at the time the application hand to them.I should go to TD bank instead came here if someone post this before .....
