Amazing Staff and great workouts. They make you feel like part of a family. A pack. The Wolf Pack actually! Staff is available for help with nutrition in addition to doing outside events like group mud runs and rafting trips. A great alternative to the every day gym. Def recommend the place!

Kickhouse is a safe place for me and lets me truthfully enjoy working out. The community, environment, and just overall kickboxing is what brings me to the studio during the week. If I need a break from the world it is my go to. Highly recommend joining this gym!
