WORST ATTITUDE- EVER. The guy was completely unprofessional and curt. Walked right out that’s how awful he was. Lost a sale for a 2025 robotic pool cleaner.

Very inconsiderate and unhelpful employee.
On 6/29/25 I was in the store and employee just walked me to the door and refuse the service. I was inside the store. I will stay away from that location.

Great place for your water sample. Staff is knowledgeable and will explain what your pool needs. Inventory is plentiful for whatever your pool needs.
Only negative is: they are expensive.

Needed a pool water tested and the customer service was very friendly and easy to understand as someone who is new to pool care. It did not take long at all and I wound up signing up for an account there because I know Ill be coming back in the weeks to come.

This place is unbelievable, I stood at the back counter for 5 minutes while the store employee had a conversation on his cell phone. Couldn't be bothered so say one word to me, not a be with you in a moment nothing so I walked out and taking my business to LA Pools on countyline rd. Needless to say beyond disappointed.

Just came to the store and employees were entering it. They informed me that they're not open for another 20 minutes. That's not what the science says and that's not what the online opening hours are. They acted like - just deal with it buddy. We're not gonna open. I drove for 25 minutes to the store. Not coming again.

David is knowledgeable and very helpful. We are first time pool owners and he has taken the time to explain things to us and always has great suggestions. We are about halfway between his store and the one in Doylestown and we choose the Warminster store with Dave every time.

I always enjoy going to Leslie pools. They have a lot of different items that you can use at your pool. Heart selection for Pentair filter is not that great but they have a lot of cool stuff and I especially enjoy their hours as they’re open till 6 PM on Sunday. Again they have a lot of showroom space with all kinds of cool stuff. I just bought a fountain with underwater light show. They have volleyball nets and other stuff.
