Had an appointment for letter installation on the rear bumper of my Corvette. I had already dropped off the letters to be paint matched to the body color. When I got there, I met with Mike who showed me the letters which turned out perfect. The install was done much faster than I expected and the result was outstanding. Mike was great to work with, and I went so far as to book a PPF and Ceramic install. This was my first experience with Menards and based on what I saw and the service I received, I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

I presented Menards with a uniquely bad issue that happened to my black 2026 GMC Canyon Denali. It was not prepped correctly before being undercoated with an industrial ceramic product. This resulted in overspray all over my brand new truck. I spoke with Mike and jimmy who by the way are really nice guys. Very knowledgeable and professional and very good at what they do. I didn’t know if they were even going to be able to help me. They showed me all of the overspray, some very bad. They said they could take care of it and explained what needed to be done. Let me tell you they did a fantastic job, overspray is gone. My truck looks beautiful. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Menards. They always have very high end and extremely expensive and exotic vehicles in their shop, there’s a reason for that. Me and my family are customers for life.

They are great at what they do, any time you go there they have exotics cars that they are working on, that says alot. Mike is great and really knows his stuff and will explain everything thouroughly and accurately. Best around.

Grant, Jim, Jon and the whole team at Menard’s and Gratr Garage are simply the best around! I drive over an hour to have them work on my cars. They never disappoint and will treat you as an appreciated customer. I’ve done three cars with them and they crushed every job!

Grant, Mike, and the entire team did an outstanding job! Big shout out to Mike—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive throughout my PPF installation. He answered every one of my 1000 questions and was always just a text away. The detailing service is also top-notch! My car came back spotless inside and out. Outstanding service and work! I have had many cars wrapped and learned what a great installation should look like. I've only had my wife's GX550 back from Menards a day and all work looks amazing. I checked the work this morning specifically where the cuts and corners were made and it's definitely professional work! Additionaly, the tint was on the mark and exactly what I asked for. Lastly, Mike did a great job quoting the price. I am in the process of ordering another GX550 and plan on taking it back to Menard's!

I have to say that I don't buy anything about the ceramic coating! My vehicle did not stay hydrophobic for more than 2 months. I was upsold on getting brand new rims done that were already high gloss and told that a hose would take off brake dust, not even remotely accurate. Was upsold on the paint correction which really wasn't necessary but there were a few tiny paint chips. I drove 2 hours and paid $70 for the paint pen from Ford which was given to them and never used! Instead they used a different color grey and left the paint correction raised so you can actually feel the bumps of paint, not only just seeing them! Brought it back for a touch up and explained everything which resulted in a conversation that I used the wrong kind of car wash. I went and bought what was told to me to still end up with a car that seems to attract more dirt than my work truck which I did in my driveway with an ordered product online. Sales guy was super nice and polite but the product sucks, paint correction is a joke and they never touched my brand new rims! Very unsatisfied.
