I was on the website Sunday August 31st. Said you were open until 5pm. I booked the appointment easy enough for 1:30. I got an email confirming it. I got here and you're closed? So much for getting tires at you shop. I can't even leave a message on your phone to ask you anything.

Came in with a bad tire and they replaced it with ease! Everyone there is really friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Went to the Warminster location for a simple tire mount and balance . No tire disposal. No install or removal from the car. Just a mount and balance. Was quoted 42.50 . Are you for real. And the kicker is, the service writer didnt care that i told her that the tire shop around the corner does it for 25.00 SHE DIDNT CARE. MADE IS SEEM THAT I WAS BOTHERING HER. WENT AROUND THE CORNER 25.00. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN. STAY AWAY . FAR FAR AWAY. NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

They had my car for almost 4 weeks.I Had to order the part myself with no help or guidance from the employees. No communication from anyone- even the district manager who has a sign at the desk requesting a call if anything less than 5 star service. If I could give this a zero I would. My car after getting it back was left filthy. The engine cover and bolts were rolling around the backseat. I called because after driving the car 4 miles the check engine light was back on. I was told you will get a call back from the manager today and to no surprise no call back. I wouldn’t take my hot wheels here. Shame I used to go here for all of my routine service for over 15 years. They don’t care about anything or anyone. After all this time I am back at square one and needing a new mechanic. I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION OR ANY AGAIN!!!!

Took my jeep there they told me it needed work and had to wait for a part waited 3 days heard nothing from them till I call turned out it didn’t need that part at all they fix the right part but never told me till I asked why it was cheaper turned out it just needed 4 bolts on the exhaust that had broken waited 3 days for no reason owner said the tech wasn’t very good and they were replacing him to please give them another chance went back over a year later for tire alignment appointment that was made on the phone in the shop they said won’t be done till late tonight it was noon the person on the phone said at 1 when you call you talk to someone in Malaysia not the local stores avoid this place at all cost

Just stopped in the Warminster, PA branch for a flat tire. The manager was very personable and the mechanic did a great job patching the tire saving me money. Very happy with the service I received.

Had an appointment today at 8 am for inspection. When i got there the man at desk said no inspector there!! Don’t know when they will have one. Have been going there for years. Never again!!! Warminster branch

I scheduled an appointment at 8 am and showed up at shop at the scheduled time. But no one was there. I spent there 3 hours, waiting for service. At about 9 am tech came, but didn't start with my truck, the customer who came after me was helped first. No apologies for ignoring my appointment, nothing. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Friendly staff at the location, did a great job. I had to wait while the work was done and they had free donuts which was nice. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of work on other cars being scheduled, and I found out the appointments are decided by a call center, not the store location, which leads to delays and/or having to cancel appointments if they have to much to do. But my car was done (4 tires installed and aligned) in a reasonable amount of time, and I found the woman manning the desk to be very professional and genuinely apologetic about the wait time. Overall this is a good place to take your vehicle, no nonsense, they tell you the price of front so no surprises.

Monro replaced my alternator. I questioned why it needed replacement when there were no indicators on my dash suggesting my battery was not getting a charge. All indicators are in working condition. They insisted that was the problem. The problem turned out to be a slowly dying Starter. Within a week of the Alternator replacement the Starter died completely while being 85 miles from my home, I had to pay for a tow. There incompetence cost me a tow and a new starter at another repair shop. The starter was the undiagnosed problem to begin with. Monro denied any responsibility. Additionally, the Serpentine belt which attached to the Alternator was replaced incorrectly and created side wear and started screeching when decelerating and starting the car. A small crack formed, and the belt needed to be replaced. I replaced the Serpentine Belt 7 months prior, and this problem started after the repairs when the Alternator was replaced. I used Monro because they were a part of Car Advise. Never again will I use them.
