They book too many appointments and can't keep up at times. I went for a mani-pedi. I had my pedi but had to wait for my pedi when I previously booked it. They took others who came through the door. I'm a good tipper and money isn't of a problem. Money doesn't know color, but humans do.

Several weeks ago I went there. The gentleman told me 5 minutes. They took me back to pedicure station. I waited 50 minutes. I left without service. Today I told them and they just stated sorry. I did not feel the apology was genuine. Disappointed!

I have had manicures and pedicures around the world and this ranks up there as the worst. A dirty facility, clearly untrained staff, and they have no idea what they are doing. Gouged my feet and hands, and caused irritation and pain for days! This place is actually dangerous and I would pass it by. Don't go here, its not worth it. There are many nearby places that have competent qualified staff that know what they are doing!Service: Pedicure

Disappointed.. had an appt for 3 of us for a manicure and pedicure all at the same time. I think they may have been short staffed so I understand to a point but only 1 pedicure was started 15 min after our appt time. My pedicure was started 45 min after our appt time. And an hour after our appts were scheduled for, my friend was still not started on and she knew she wouldn't be done in time before work so she unfortunately had to leave. I wish they had communicated that to us in the beginning . They felt bad I could tell buy it was just a shame. It was my wedding weekend and I was there to get my nails done with my two best friends so it was just a bummer. It was unfortunately our first time there so most likely won't be returning. I do give them credit my nails did turn out pretty nice so I thank them for that.

I love this place. Always quality work. Full set was reasonably priced. Missed my regular girl since she's not here anymore but the young girl who did this set, did a good job.

My nails turned out fine and the pedicure was great, but the woman who did my eyebrows was absolutely TERRIBLE to me. I understand a sales technique when I see one, but the way she repeatedly mocked my appearance AFTER she finished doing my eyebrows was unacceptable. I get it's to get people to come back, but $76 out of my pocket after I was already having a hard week just to get a mirror put in my face and hear "see what's wrong here?" Not worth it in the slightest. Not to mention she yelled at me on the way out across the salon b/c I wouldn't wear the thin flip flops out of the place even though my nails were completely dry. My sister was treated with kindness and respect, but I was not afforded that same courtesy.

Love it here!! I have been going here for years and now my kids love going there as well. Highly recommend Kim!! She does amazing work!
