“Hugh is the man! I had a whole KEY puncture my tire and was desperate to get it fixed quick to get to work and Hugh pulled me right in, put my car on the lift, found the key, carefully plugged the hole and checked 3 times for leaking. In and out and was super kind and sweet. I wish all the people I dealt with were as kind and accommodating at Hugh! What a pleasure! $26 and the plug held, have had no issues 3 weeks later. But If I did, Hugh said bring it back in and they'd patch it if the plug failed. Great customer service, but really, truly, just a great guy!”

Derek will give you an honest opinion if the tire can be fixed or if you need a new tire. Both children did not have appointments but Derek fit them into his schedule because he knows they need their car to get to work.
