This Old Navy location is very nice. The store is very clean and nicely organized. Everything is neatly stocked up and has a decent selection of available sizes. The sale that is going on right now is also very good and lets you save quite a bit. This store is nicely staffed and everyone is helpful, polite and ready to help if needed. Recommend this store!

I received the best customer service here at this Old Navy location! I decided to do some birthday shopping that evening and the young lady who checked me out by the name of Stephanie and her manager Sandy were so kind and professional towards the end of my transaction after needed to also make an exchange/return/purchase was also an online item that had the wrong tag. Thank you to both girls for all their effort in helping me!!! They both deserve a raise ?

Absolutely love this location! It's always organized, clean and the sales associates are the best! In particular, Irene is the absolute best! I have been coming here for years and always look forward to seeing her. She helps me find the items I am looking for, always checks on the price when I ask and gives me her honest opinion on the fit of a particular piece and offers suggestions on alternative options if I am not quite sure. She has also ordered items on-line for me when a particular size was out of stock. THAT is AMAZING customer service! At this point, I go in for the clothes, but also go in to see Irene. Go in for a cute T-shirt and sweater and get yourself a hug from Irene while you are there.

The store in Warminster always neat and clean. I was a little disappointed that there was not a lot of mdse to pick from. The employees always very helpful and knowledgeable. Once an old Navy shopper always an old Navy shopper. Prices have escalated. I'll wait for a sale otherwise love your store.

I love absolutely love old navy I come here all the time! Never not once have I been disrespected and so disappointed in this store. We were being rushed and when I say rushed as in getting pushed out the door. We had 5 minutes and I was waiting for my family member to come in line as well and wow can I tell you I will no longer be coming here. The young girl at the register was so rude and gave back so much attitude just bc it was 8:57 and she wanted to go home. Listen I worked in retail for a bit and ik that feeling of wanting to go home but I also learned that you can tell the people your closing 5-10 minutes before but do not rush your customers. We were literally in the line trying to check out but there was someone in front of us so we couldn't do much other than wait for the lady to get rung up. Then as we were leaving the manager that was working stopped us cause the security started to ring so he checked and there was nothing on the clothes but the entire time the young lady that checked us out stared and rolled her eyes the entire time.
