Working with Walt at O’Neil Nissan was an absolute pleasure! The purchase process was very smooth and easy going! Walt was very knowledgeable and helped us when making a decision! He was able to show us various models with different upgrades and made sure to keep us in a budget we felt comfortable with. There was no pressure at all! Worst place ever no update on my car no Communication will never take my car there again Service department needs to learn how to talk to ppl spend 600 on a Sensor didn’t trying to help answer any of my questions!

Maggie is the BEST!! I have been dealing with her since 2017 when I lease my first vehicle through O'Neil Nissan. She works along with my needs that I look for in my vehicles and helps me with making payments that fall into the range I can afford. The one (but not only) thing that I would give Maggie a 10 star review on is she is not a pushy sales person and respects how I feel at the end of our conversations. She's very polite and professional every time. I LOVE my new car!!!

I just purchased a Nissan rouge and the dealership was terrific! John walked me through all the options and showed me everything I needed to operate the vehicle! I've only had the car for a day but Oneil Nissan was a nice experience

We’ve had our 2023 Pathfinder back to their dealership five times to fix the same noise. It was finally fixed two weeks ago and now we’re making another noise in the area that they touched. We will never buy another Nissan and we will never frequent this dealership again. Beyond frustrated

I just got a new car, and once again, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect deal. Annual inspection and oil change was quick, done in a few hours. And, unexpectedly, they gave me a ride home and back to the dealership so I didn't have to call an Uber. Thank you! I'll be sure to come back here for service 👍
