Both employees there today were like the coolest people ever??!! They made my day, my weekend! Great story tellers, very personable, informative, and so flipping helpful. Came in to ask they fit the ear frames of glasses I bought online. No expectations I'd even get a yes. They assisted without hesitation and at no charge. I tipped them as major thank you. I will begin going here for my eye appointments from now on after this totally fulfilling wonderful experience. Just so thankful. Definitely come here for eye appts. Great selection of frames too including magnetic ones that come with magnetic shades.

Pearle Vision ( Warminster) is the nicest place to do business. I called on a Friday morning to check on the status of sunglasses for my daughter, who was leaving for vacation on Saturday. The lenses had been delivered late to the store, but Michelle went out of her way to get the sunglasses ready by early afternoon!
This is not an unusual circumstance with Lou and Michelle. They always go out of their way to be accommodating to their clients. It is such a pleasure to go in there, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. You cannot find a better customer-focused business!

The employees were very kind and attentive! I broke my glasses, and then an hour later they helped me get a new pair of glasses that were better than my old pair.

Very pushy with trying to get me to buy frames from them, which I get is how they make money, but still very annoying. Doctor was very nice though and did a good job.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor close by. I got an appointment in a very reasonable time frame by going online (which I love, I really hate calling offices if it can be avoided) and saw the doctor. Office was clean, everyone was friendly, and everything was explained in great detail. I was getting contacts for the first time after years of glasses only and they took the time to teach me how to put them in, take them out, and care for them. All charges were explained and confirmed with me before they took my credit card. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will absolutely be back for my routine eye care.

I have been going to the Pearl Vision in Warminster PA for years. These are the friendliest people I have ever met. They all work with me to find the perfect glasses. They take their time with me everytime. Thank you so much Lou, Adriana, and Michelle. You three have made me a very happy customer.

It was my first time getting glasses and Dr.Vu was great. He explained the machines he used to check my eyesight and wrote down a prescription. It was so quick and easy. I was so happy that I could finally see clearly for the first time. After the examination I went to the store that was connected to the office. Although I was on a VSP coupon so my glasses frames were limited and there wasn’t much I finally found the perfect glasses for me. It was the exact style I wanted and I was shocked that I would like clear frames over black ones. I am thankful for the staff for trying their best to help me,they were incredible,funny and overall great vibes. I forgot their names but I think one of them was Luke/Lucas? and the other was a lovely woman with jet black hair and glasses. (I’m sorry if I didn’t remember your names ?but I love y’all )

I was in today for the first time shopping for glasses. Pearle Vision is the 4th place I’ve been to looking for frames that I like, and they were by far the BEST in terms of customer service! The three employees there were super friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable! It was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time at any sort of establishment and the best of all the 4 eyewear places I visited including the place associated with my own eye doctor’s office! If the staff is any indication of the treatment provided by the doctor at Pearle Vision, I’m sure an eye appointment with the doctor would be just as pleasant. I left there thinking I may switch doctors! Highly recommend this Pearle Vision location!

They were so helpful fixing my glasses! I'd been to 3 other optical stores and they couldn't fix them because of a weird part that no one had. The staff here figured out a work-around and the frame is now fixed. Awesome!

This Pearle Vision the best. We’ve been going here for years and the service has always been fast and great. The team is personable and helpful. I moved to a new home about 40 min away and I still drive to this Pearle Vision because I love it here.
