Paid approximately 93 to 98 dollars to have dog groomed trimmed, nails and bath. Paid for it. Dog was burned by ain't shaver running hot. Had five burns on his back and sides. Came home and laid on my White bedspread and left dirt spread around so they didn't even shampoo him. Never again

Very disappointing experience. As a grooming salon should the employees not know how to deal with dogs of all temperaments. Took our pup to get a full grooming service. Informed the groomers prior to the appointment that she was nervous. Was charged full price but told that they were enable to provide the haircut because our pup was too scared and might hurt herself. Obviously if our dog was too skittish and difficult to trim then I understand but charging us full price was disappointing. When I asked about it I was told they didn't charge me for the haircut, which was a difference of $6. But none of the prices seemed to match what is posted on the website. We won't be using PetSmart again.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Brittany DiRenzo at the PetSmart Warminister Location. Brittany was very unprofessional and unhelpful during our interaction. When I asked for assistance with grooming appointment, and several other questions, her behavior, was rude, dismissive, gave incorrect information, & ignored my concerns.
As a loyal PetSmart customer, I expect a certain level of respect and knowledge from the staff, and unfortunately, Brittany did not meet that standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so future customers have a better experience!

Thank you to Jordyn C, their dog trainer, she was awesome! I bought our dog Puddin in for a private session to get suggestions on how to better introduce my dog with my daughter’s new dog. We had done an introduction previously before talking with Jordyn and it did not go well at all. Jordyn’s suggestions all worked and the dogs did so much better. Very thankful she took the time to even bring in her dog to better understand my dogs cues.I highly recommend Jordyn and her training expertise!

THIS PetSmart was well stocked & had close to the same deals you find online. Not ALL PetSmart locations do this. I was at PetSmart at Cottman and Bustleton the day before and they didn't have either of the products I needed (although it said the items were in stock for the store online) and to my shock, none of the items matched the prices online! They were a LOT higher. The store was empty; I turned around and walked out!

Have been calling grooming for days but nobody answers. Won't let you book a simple nail trimming appointment online because they only care about the more expensive services so you have to waste a half an hour sitting on hold only to be told to call back in an hour. Even though it's been three days that you've been calling and getting no answer. Strange way to do business ?

I sent my cat for a Deshedding wash and Nail Clip. I received my cat after the service with a lion mane cut. How do you mistake a deshedding wash with shaving my cat. All the groomer could do was take of some money off the service. I would never send my pet here again completely dissatisfied with the service.

The issue here is so few employees in the store these days. It's like one at the register and one to cover the entire rest of the store, so trying to get help can be frustrating you have to wander all over the store looking for that one employee. They used to have these "Call for help" buttons all over the store, but they did away with them.
