Asked the lady working there for something that would make my hair darker and she sold me something that turned my hair orange. I am sobbing crying because my hair is orange. I hope she gets fired

Its 1030 and the doors aren't open. That's ridiculous people are outside trying to get in.

I Love this Sally's. It's My Favorite one ? Everyone who works there is always so Helpful, Polite and Understanding when Asked or Talked & They do Not Follow you around the Store like you're a Felon. LOL Everyttime I come here. I've always left with Exactly ? what I needed. Thank you So much to The Staff @ This Sally's.

Root touch up product, developer, necessary tools and bang trim, I had such a great experience last night. I was a shampoo assistant in a shop so I’m kinda knowledgeable for a diy, however I’m not a licensed professional! The customer service was phenomenal, I have balayage so I just needed to cover my grey in my roots, the color is perfect! I would have chosen the wrong color! Thank you for not making me feel like just because I wasn’t professional I couldn’t do it, my hair looks amazing today!! Thanks ladies, I’ll be back!

If your store hours state that you open at 10am, both on web and on the door, you should be open and ready for business. It is currently 10:10 am, door locked and no one answering phone. Now I understand all the other bad reviews.Get it together people!!! The hairdresser's that actually have to be at work need you to be considerate!!!!

I feel sorry to have to write this, but I put it off for my last few visits and now I need to. The reason I go to Sally is because I am a lover of all things beauty related and I like seeing items in person rather than just purchasing something from Amazon or other online source. It's a convenient location with fair prices. With that being said, there is always one rude employee. Not always the same person. Today I went in to get something very specific and I found it right away. I had my 3 year old with me. There was another mom and a daughter in there who was egging my daughter on, but they are kids so easily deterred. I made sure to correct my daughter because that is the way kids learn. The one employee asked if I was ready, didn't offer me a bag or anything which is fine because my items were really small. The other cashier was super friendly to the person she was helping. I don't expect everyone to be sunshine all the time but I do expect good customer service. She asked for my phone number and didn't hear it the first time so she kind of snapped at me. I paid and left. When I got home I realized my fitness tracker had fallen out of the band so I called the store repeatedly and got no answer so I put my daughter back in the car to go back. I told the girl what happened and she asked me what color it was and when I told her she bent down and I heard rustling of a plastic bag. I can't be sure but I think they just threw it away. For all they know it could have been a medical device or something. Anyway. I am glad I was able to get my tracker back, but I truly believe this will be my final visit to the store. While I fully understand what is happening in the world, there is no reason for people to be so rude. And I wasn't even out the door and she was already reaching for her cell phone.

Recently, I learned that Sally's is charging for bags. I have always thought that Sally was one of the top of the line beauty supply stores. Even though their prices may be higher than the neighborhood beauty supply places, I was willing to pay the higher cost. But when I recently went to Sally's and they wanted to charge me for a plastic bag, I was insulted. Sally , you have joined the ranks of the lowest of lowest in customer service. I am so glad that Ulta and Sephora exist?

To the person with two paragraphs about Sally charging for bags of any kind, you can go to any supermarket, pay 99 cents for reusable durable bags which, in my opinion would serve your needs better any way. The cheap plastic bags now given at almost any store have little holes in the bottom are not strong at all. It's not the profit thing for some of these stores, it's awareness. Small changes. We are addicted to plastic bags, I as well, but I do have about a dozen reusable bags in my car, also a few plastic bags I know I can take into any store. You probably like Dunk-in Donuts Styrofoam coffee cups too just to keep your self indulgent coffee warm. If you're spending that much money to beautify yourself, get over it and use your own bag, or buy one to cover your un-dyed head!!!!
