Good evening Google family. I shopped for tuna fish, pickles and olives. The rest rooms were clean. I paid for my items in self checkout and then I left. The associates were nice here. Have a great evening, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous.
An update to this review: Good evening Google Family. I visited today on Sunday, July 27, 2025. I used the rest room before I shopped. Nice and clean. Then I shopped for my items. I only needed to pick up about 7 items. One of my items was water and I usually purchase Acadia, from Giant, however Shop Rite does not carry that brand. I saw Poland Springs and Deer Park and they were much too expensive for my budget. $6.99 and $7.99 respectively. No thank you, I will purchase my bottled water someplace else. I asked the associate if I could use my debit card in the self check out lane. I know that certain machines let you use only cash and not card. Some just card and not cash. And some let you use card, but no cash back. So I ask if I am unsure. The young lady associate was nice and smiled and she answered my question in a friendly manner. I had a good Shop Rite experience here on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. Have a great night Google, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!!

The deli guy was lazy and sliced my cheese on a dirty slicer and now there is stuff all in the cheese, and I ask for the cheese sliced thin and he gave me this thick sliced cheese. Poor customer service, if you don’t want to do the job then find another one, because this is bad customer service. Another update with their lunch meat department.. I picked up Salami today 7/11/2025 and this is what I open when I get home.

I've been shopping at ShopRite of Warminster for years, having switched from Wegman's primarily because they started slicing their lunchmeats and cheeses too thick, so rather than shop at two different markets I just switched to ShopRite where they always sliced it just right - not too thick. But yesterday I bought a pack of Provolone cheese that had slices of thin and thick, but mostly thick slices - no consistency. I weighed two examples to show - most slices were around 32-33 grams, while some were normal at 13-15 grams. I'm saddened because I now feel like I need to find another market. Hopefully someone will see this review and address this.

Good place to do supermarket shopping. There are also stamps for the mail. It has conventional and self-service checkouts which speeds up the purchase.

I been shopping here since I move in the area almost 5 years now. I few weeks about I went I ran in late to grab last minute things. One of them things was water which was on sale. When I rung it up the sale price didn’t come off. I ask the self check out girl Hanna why was it and she was very rude and dismissive I guess because I interrupted her conversation with other employees. When I called her out about being rude she as even more nasty to the point we got into a shouting match. The night manager came and fixed my issues but I went back the next day and spoke with the GM Mike and told him what happened the night before and he too was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care neither. Will not be back. I believe it would have been handled better if I wasn’t African American.

Prefer to do my weekly shopping here. Prices are better on most items than competitors. Wish you would carry Barry’s French twists and 2liter Dr. Brown diet black cherry soda. I used to get them at ShopRite in New Jersey before I moved to PA

ShopRite always has the best competitive prices, fresh food and fresh meat. Just purchased my daughter birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious! The bakery department deserves a reward, they are beyond amazing!

The man working the deli is rude and insulting. If he doesn't like his job and the people he deals with he should quit. He has a very negative effect on the young girl who works there. I feel sorry for her.

FIRE THAT DELI ASAP AND START OVER .
They do not want to be there.
I’m Tired of making excuses each and every time I come in there for how miserable unprofessional they are and how they handle customers with such hate and anger . . They make all cringe while waiting
They are spoiling it for the cashiers , the employees that stock , the young kids that help with carts . Who are all extremely helpful , friendly and genuine. I have to bite my tongue the way they handle your customers . They should be so grateful to have a job.

I usually like to shop at this store but i had a very upsetting experience today in the deli department… Most of the deli personnel are extremely miserable.. May be they are overworked and underpaid but i had a Gentleman in front of me that had a lengthy order…. I waited patiently for my turn…. At the time there was only one person servicing the counter… The other 3 employees were doing online orders…. When one of the employees was finished with his order he came over and said .. number 81 and skipped over my number…I said … You missed number 80….The employee told me to calm down and he would fix it..I waited 20 minutes and i may have said it in a frustrated tone but i told him not to talk to me like that….He said i was talking to him like a child…..He then told me he wasn’t going to wait on me and proceeded to call the next number..I was visibly upset and told him i waited twenty minutes…The other employee told me to walk away to diffuse the situation…I was appalled… I walked away and went to tell the store manager who then went back to get my ONE item of lunchmeat….I told him that I was a server and worked st the local Country Club and that even IF i did have a tone in my voice it’s MY responsibility to cater to an unhappy Customer and i don’t have the option to EVER say.. I won’t wait on you…I would either get suspended for a few days or get sent home….When i was checking out i had a very pleasant Cashier and thanked her for being so polit and accommodating…I told her what happened and she said she knew whom it was… She said they are short staffed so i guess the employees can act however they want without repercussions…It’s so upsetting because i understand how difficult customers can be and I go out of my way to show kindness and patience and this young man totally demeaned and disparaged my character by refusing to wait on me….I will never go to that store again…..
