First time using Sparx. I had my car in for inspection last week.. Matt is a very honest mechanic.. he tells you exactly what’s going on and doesn’t try to upsell anything. His mom/receptionist also was very kind and understanding to my ever-changing schedule of when I could and couldn’t bring the car in. I will definitely be taking all our other cars here.

Recently had wheels powder coated and new tires installed, overall great experience. The wheels were sent to another company to be powder coated, Sparx coordinated the wheels moving back and forth between shops before final install. Overall beautiful job with the wheels, courteous service. Highly recommended.

I had a set of wheels powdercoated at Bonehead Powdercoating. They recommended Matt at Sparx Auto to mount and balance the tires. I contacted Matt and found him very personable. I ordered the tires from Tirerack and had them drop shipped to Sparx. The receptionist (Matt's mom) contacted me to let me know they had arrived. Once the work was completed, she called me to pick them up. The price was very reasonable and Matt is very meticulous in his approach to his work. He even color watched the weights to my wheel color! This is a full service auto repair shop. Based on the quality of service I received, I would be comfortable in taking my car there for service! Great job!

Our experience here was very different than the typical auto repair shops we're used to. Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair an issue that other shops failed to do, they also discussed our options in detail, prepared for the work before our scheduled appointment, and carried out all requested repairs on time. I have no complaints. Their rates are very reasonable, and we couldn't be more impressed. You've got a customer for life.
