I never had any problems with the previous owner, Stowaway Storage. Since the new owner took over last month, the main gate has stopped working. Nobody seems to know why. The new owner always knows how to call me about payment, but not how to fix the gate. I expect secure access to the property that I am paying for.
The new owner is a poor owner when it comes to maintenance and customer service.
