T-Mobile provided excellent service with outstanding customer support. When I visited to add a new line, they offered me the perfect deal within my budget. Youssef, who assisted me, was incredibly professional and helpful. I truly appreciated their exceptional service.

The dumbest laziest worker ever. Worst TMobile store I ever been.Worker with curly hair just on his phone listening to his airpods. Lady asked to put her simcard in her new phone to activate it. He couldn't even find the IMEI on the phone let alone couldn't put simcard in the phone and ended up just telling lady to leave.

I've been scammed here several times!! the guy was serving, I wanted to get a phone on credit for an existing number, but he said that it was impossible and I needed to open a new line, which turned out to be a lie, but it didn’t end there, I asked for a phone of a certain color, but they brought me another one and started registering me, I didn’t notice right away when I saw that it wasn’t the right one, I say, I didn’t ask for this color, to which he said that I didn’t want it! when I said that I wouldn’t buy it, the phone I needed was immediately found! opened the line, paid for everything, everything seemed fine, went home, the next day he returned to register a SIM card, when he asked for a printout of everything, he went to do it and then returned and said that the printer was not working! I didn’t receive any printouts, and when I registered a new account, I saw that this guy connected me to three more lines and different services on them, without telling me anything! additional services for $70! what we have, he deceived me when he said that I needed a new number! I tried to sell the wrong color! additionally opened three new lines in my name and services on them without my knowledge!!

I stopped in having an issue with my new phone, "Samuel" was very helpful. After explaining what he needed to do, the phone was up and running. Very pleased with the experience.

Bad service, better to not come here. We have spent 2 hours for nothing. They did not create our mobile account. We found no help with T-Mobile app there. Disgusting service.

Do not go to this store!! I was going to let this one go, but when I was confirmed that the representatives at this store sold me accessories that I didn't want or need (because it comes with it) I decided to leave my mark!Went there for the promotion to get the new iPhone 15, and nobody bothered to disclose any upfront fees, but was asking me to pay as we went on with the activation. Was sold a plug because "otherwise we could not sell you the phone" that I did not need and told them that I have an original apple at home and so decided to cancel all my promotion and return everything. Upon my return the next day, I was told if I asked the info to be disclosed to me as if I had to know before I went there and the representative job would have been just to sell! Fortunately the store in Warrington was happy to assist and be honest and helpful. Customer connections aren't built in one day and I hope TMobile does a better job with their hiring!

These guys have no integrity. I went to buy an iPhone 15 today... came out with a 30.00 charger. I said I didn't need it (whole point of going usb c and reducing waste). Store employee lied to my face and told me the phone would only be warrantied if I purchased the charger with it. I walked out without buying the phone.Be careful, these guys will lie to your face to earn a comission.

i came in to pay my phone bill and Mario helped us do that and more. He noticed I was paying a lot for my phone bill so he decided to let me know there were cheaper options and spent almost an hour getting us switched to a different plan with internet and netflix. He went above and beyond for us and also for another customer in the store as well. Mario and his coworkers are awesome and I’m glad they’re here to help us out when we need it! Thanks Again!!

There is a goodness and a common human decency in all the people who work at this location, a rare find in this day and age. They will do their best to help you and accommodate your needs with a blend of competency and kindness, despite being a relatively busy location. Be patient, and you will get the service you need. One thing to note is that the metrics for the store are based on the number of sales relative to the number of times the door opens, so to prevent hurting their metrics, once you're in the store, stay in until you're done. Thank you to all the people who work here for taking such good care of me two weeks ago!
