Honestly I don't know why they had such low ratings because they were absolutely awesome today! My normal bank branch was closed, so I came over here since they had longer hours. I had fraud on my account I Needed a new debit card. The woman that helped me was extremely friendly.Very nice and got me in and out.No problem! I would definitely go back again

Go to deposit 60$ cash in My girlfriend's account I'm asked for my Social security # ,and what my occupation was.The reason money laundering are you kidding me worrying about 60$. Ridiculous

They are the best! Everyone has such a great attitude. So friendly!!!! They were closing at 1 and I called at 1:01 and asked if they could please wait for me and they said they would and had no problems doing so! They really go out of their way to help their customers!!!

I got the worst service in TD Bank in Warminster Branch . I went to the bank to pay my mother's Credit card bill for $20 I provide already my ID to the Teller because I don’t have account with them but she keep asking me more information and one of this information my Social Security and I told her I provide you my ID why you ask me to provide you, my Social Security I don’t feel comfortable to provide a Social Security to her and it’s not my bank .her name Ashley She was very rude after that gave me the money and the credit card back and she said I’m sorry you can’t pay the bill. Unfortunately the staff over there are very rude and I realized how much I’m lucky I don’t have account with them. I asked her the manager name she refused to give me , and she told me to contact 800 TD Bank customer service. The headquarter needs to give their employers more training To respect the customer doesn’t matter if they have a account with them or not.i will add something the assistant manager called me and she asked me what happened and after when I told her everything happened with me you can imagine she asked me about my attitude. My only words is going to be no customer no business. my attitude was with respect to the employee when I was talking to her.

TD Bank is the worst bank in the world. They charged a $14 maintenance fee because my checking account had a balance of 0 for 21 days.

I have a business account here and it is unbelievable how unhelpful the staff is. When you have a question they bounce you around until you figure out that the first person you spoke with is the one that can actually help you. Checks don't clear when they say and its all a scheme so you can participate in a pay probgram that give the bank revenue. I obviously will be closing the account and opening in in another bank.
