Yeah I understand that you get credit for upselling the credit card but the cashier trying to get me to get the credit card was so RUDE. kept telling how much I’ll need the credit card and how I’ll regret not getting it for my big purchase. Whole encounter was just awkward and uncomfortable. When someone says no once no is NO. I swear I was asked like 4x if I wanted the credit card. This happens every time I go here.

Just went to the Warrington TJMax. Definitely not thrilled with the employee Pat’s customer service. Didn’t say thank you and when I mentioned her customer service the young employee with dark brown hair next to her was laughing. Kudos to the manager working today. Manager was very apologetic for her staffs rudeness and unprofessional attitude and customer service. I won’t be going to this TJMax anymore.

Shopping at this store on Mothers Day and found a 3 pc outfit on clearance $18.99 on the tag. Great it’s for me. Got to the register and the cashier said it was on clearance but that was when 1 piece was missing and now it seems to be there, so now If I want it I’ll have to pay full price .$34.99.Wasn’t in the mood for arguing but I should have gotten it for the price on the tag. Poor customer service. Left with nothing.

I will not return to this store again. I completely understand that they get their credits for getting people to sign up for the credit card. I had a purchase of $16 and some change and was hounded by not one but TWO employees at the register to get the credit card. Even if I did, the 10% would have saved me $1.60, which wouldn’t be worth it whatsoever to me. I continuously said no, I’m not interested, not today, no thank you, and the woman continued to tell me how worth it the card is and why I NEED to sign up for it. When someone says no MORE than two times, that means NO. I’ve never been made so uncomfortable in a TJ Maxx. They almost tried to make me feel bad for not getting it which is unacceptable. Do better, this is not a good look.
