I will not return to this store again. I completely understand that they get their credits for getting people to sign up for the credit card. I had a purchase of $16 and some change and was hounded by not one but TWO employees at the register to get the credit card. Even if I did, the 10% would have saved me $1.60, which wouldn’t be worth it whatsoever to me. I continuously said no, I’m not interested, not today, no thank you, and the woman continued to tell me how worth it the card is and why I NEED to sign up for it. When someone says no MORE than two times, that means NO. I’ve never been made so uncomfortable in a TJ Maxx. They almost tried to make me feel bad for not getting it which is unacceptable. Do better, this is not a good look.

Decent selection but not as good as the old location. The cashiers are relentless about signing up for the credit card. I get that it’s a strategy and they probably have incentives but it is annoying. I will actively choose other stores to avoid the borderline harassment about the card. Maybe initiate by saying are you interested in learning about our credit card and if client says no then leave it alone. Older woman with light shoulder length hair is relentless.

Had a phenomenal experience today at this TJ. I wish I got her name, I believe she was the manager. She helped us at the jewelry counter, again with a handbag and then again at checkout. She was fantastic! Thank you for making our day!

Literally the rudest workers. I kindly asked a worker for help and she dropped a purse she was hanging up and and as I was helping her hang up it up she said “I’m trying to do something here” an older heavy set lady. I will never give this tj maxx my business

This store is usually great. I rarely have a problem finding things I like and prices are very reasonable. The staff are generally kind and courteous. But today the cashier I had attempted to bully me into getting the TJX credit card. I politely declined and she kept pushing the issue almost getting hostile towards me. When a customer says no the 1st time the conversation should end.

I was going to let this slide but it keeps bothering me, I was in there the other day with my mom. The incident happened at checkout, nice conversation until the end about the credit card. She was so focused on the credit card and gave us a Spanish pamphlet. Even though there was English pamphlets. We were even speaking fluent English. We do not speak spanish or any Latino descent. It was plain discrimination.

The inventory here is very hit or miss. The clothing selection is small and everything seems like it was trendy a few seasons ago. The home decor selection is even smaller. The customer service is ok. Had a weird experience the other day when an employee kept getting in my space and reaching across me as I was looking at the hand bags.

I returned an item within the return policy window and wore the item once. The cheap fabric began to break down just from being worn under a jacket on day one. After telling the teller i wore it once, the teller gave me attitude and said, you had it for a month. She basically told me that I am lying about wearing it only once. Their policy about wearing something, and if it falls apart on you are out of luck, is awful. Thank you for reminding me why I buy things from online sellers who have good return policies and good customer service.

I wanted to return something and they said I can't because I don't have a card. But the policy says that they can give me a gift card. One of the managers name is Cortney. She was rude to me and gave me an attitude.
