Need small enclosed trailer after paying and left the dealer sent us a text with the wrong trailer. Called uhaul main number. Customer service representative fixed the problem

Self serve spot, nobody to help you figure anything out. The garage had no clue. I also rented an appliance dolly. It was not available nor was anything else for supplies.i was able to get the keys through the self serve truck option on the app.
