Went here to return FIOS equipment after the customer service sent me here. They told me they are to busy to deal with fios returns and sent me to another location. The other location took 20 seconds to complete my transaction. This place doesn’t care about customer service only about sales!

- Erik was the best. I walked in very upset and frazzled due to the rude guy at T Mobile. I told him my situation and he went above and beyond to find the best deal for us and continued to find ways for us to save money. He was very pleasant and very understanding. He was so personable and wanted to make sure I left with a smile which I did. We will never switch from Verizon again. One of nicest people I have ever met.
