Maximus is by far the definition of ideal customer service. not only did he help me with my phone and account, he was able to help me with my apple id that would have otherwise taken me a week to get from apple themselves. he truly went above and beyond with his service and i cannot stress enough how much time and aggravation he saved me. to add he also was able to get me discounts for my streaming services. now i dont have to pay top dollar to companies like netflix and hulu. THANK YOU MAX!

I recently had a GREAT interaction with Rachael at the Verizon store in Warminster.. She was the most knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any Verizon.....She was friendly, and I walked in not knowing what Rachel was able to show me today.........She definitely is an asset to this location and Verizon is lucky to have someone as helpful as her.. After being a customer for over 20 years, I will be with Verizon forever......SHE GETS ME!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Very Much RACHAEL.

One of the best experiences with Rachael that I've had with a Verizon representative. She goes above and beyond required assistance for her customers. Eager to please.

This is not an official Verizon store. The name of the store is actually Wireless Zone.Don't be fooled. Very shady sales associates that absolutely lie to you about bonuses that you get when you upgrade a phone.Paid nearly $500 up front to pay off damaged phone and then new phone. Was promised only monthly bill would be $5 less than it already was while switching from the 13 to the 15 iPhoneThey offered a deal with a 5G Wi-Fi router extender, "Verizon Internet gateway".They said we could try it for 30 days free and to bring it back to the store and they would return it for me for no charge. They said I could bring the box back to the store if I found that I didn't need it and they would return the box for me and I would not get charged for anything. I came back a week later and they said I needed to order a return label and drop it off at a UPS store. They apologized for the misinformation but wouldn't accept the item back that they sold us. They also said I could return the box to UPS myself and to just fill in the mailing information for returning the box the UPS said we would have to pay for it. We still have the box and ever received a label from these shady sales people and their manager. We are close to the 30 days so we finally broke down and called Verizon and even though it took a while, they confirmed that we can make a return directly through them and they are sending us a prepaid UPS label. Good customer service shouldn't be this hard nor should be this shady. Do the right thing people.

SCAM!!!!The Warminster Verizon store at 533 York Rd in Warminster is not a corporate Verizon store. There is a huge difference between this store and an actual corporate store in regards to customer service. My family went in to upgrade phones and the employees scammed us by adding devices and cellular lines, If you have had an issue with this Warminster location. Please reach out to the Attorney General's Officewho will make things right

*The "Verizon" store at 533 York Rd in Warminster is an authorized retailer, which is not a corporate Verizon store. Their actual name is Wireless Zone. I had visited the Warminster "Verizon" location to trade-in and upgrade to new 2 iPhones 15's. I left with a headache, along with time and money wasted. With the upgrade to the new iPhones, their employee, Rachel, added 4 Orbic mobile hotspots, to my account. She misrepresented the facts, stating that they were part of my cellular plan, which was not the case. The Orbics had their own cellular lines, with a $10 monthly fee each (not including tax) , and I later learned that they were not free when I attempted to return them. I would have also been charged a monthly device fee for them and they were actually $79 each. When I realized this, I phoned Verizon customer service who told me to return the devices for a refund. This would be the only way to remove them from my cellular plan. When I returned to the Warminster store, I had a corporate Verizon customer service representative on the line, so that he could hear the exchange in conversation. The Warminster employee, Patrick, gave me a very hard time about returning the devices and insisted on charging me a restock fee of $70 each ($280 total). The devices were $79 each! The Verizon Corporate service employee told me that this was wrong and that is not their (corporate Verizon's) return policy. So he told me to go to the corporate store in Willow Grove to return them. I attempted to return them at the corporate store and unfortunately I was unable to do so, since I had purchased them from an authorized retailer. So I went back to the Warminster store, with the corporate Verizon representative on the line and returned the devices paying the $280 restock fee. I then went home and filed a complaint with the attorney general's office online who reached out to Verizon Executive Relations, who then called me the next day to make things right. My advice to anyone, who has also had the misfortunate experience of going to the Warminster "Verizon" Wireless Zone Store is to return the devices with a cooperate Verizon representative on the line. And to also reach out to the attorney general's office online to file a complaint. It is an easy online form to fill out.The attorney general's office will call Verizon and escalate it to their Executive Relations department, who will get back to you quickly.

Verizon store at 533 York Rd Warminster This store is a fraud. I added a new line this past Christmas weekend. They charge me with upfront cost. They told me it was taxes and activation fee. They said they will give me a case and screen protector as a free giveaway. I told them I don't need them since I already have one. They said they will give me a MagSafe charger instead as throw in. I got home and review the receipt, and I saw them charging me 90 dollars for a MagSafe. Not only that but they enrolled me to apple one, Netflix, and device protection plan without my knowledge. So much inconvenience. I would avoid this store. They should be investigated with all the frauds they are doing to the people.

This store tells you they're throwing in things for free like hot spot and then come to find out you're being charged. Avoid if possible.

Be wary! This store is not upfront with the information they give you! For one, they are branded to look like a Verizon store, but they are not... only found that out when I had to call Verizon about my exorbitant bill. I came in for a new phone, was told I could get an iPhone 14 for absolutely no cost. Totally free. There were a lot of other shady issues here, but bottom line Patrick the manager is not customer focused, he was argumentative & blamed Verizon customer service, as others have commented. My actual Verizon rep was fantastic, she even called the store on my behalf to find out why I was being charged an extra amount on my bill for the "free" phone. Patrick stated that I shouldn't be "going off the rails" for a few dollars a month... he hadn't even talked to me yet, but already assumed I was some sort of lunatic. Very deceptive. When I called to speak with him I was extremely calm & he still told me he couldn't do anything for me. Bottom line, do not believe anything this store quotes until you get your actual bill. I ended up paying an extra $70+ for that "free" phone, but since it was spread out over 36 months, they are hoping you won't make an issue out of it. Verizon told me if I had gone to one of their direct stores, I wouldn't have been charged that extra amount. I will only deal with Verizon direct from now on.

Brutal experience. My mom only wanted to upgrade our phones and they lied and ripped her off. Added Orbics to her plan and told her they were free and they were not. We have never had an experience like this ever. Do not shop here. Avoid at all costs.
