The pharmacist at this Walgreens cared enough to get my grandsons ADHD medication when the other pharmacies could care less about my dilemma due to a shortage of the meds. He was kind enough to let me know they only had enough in stock but were able to fill the prescription. What a kind and caring human being .

I am solely writing this review for the pharmacy worker Andy. This man was the only person out of any of the insurance companies, doctor’s offices, and pharmacists to take time to help me with my insurance issue!!!! He took about 30 minutes making a few calls and sorting information for me that no one would do (while the pharmacy was popping!) & I didn’t even ask him to do all of that, but man am I glad he was working that day. My prescription would have been $120 rather than $5! He was my ANGEL! Give this man a raise!!

The pharmacy service has gone downhill. They say a prescription will be ready at a specific time, you wait 10+ mins in the drive thru and then they say the prescription won’t be ready for another half hour. Unacceptable when you promise a ready by time and no call or update that they are running late. This has happened multiple times as well. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or customer service issue but either way it is going to lose customers for sure. Especially with the ease of CVS across the street.

Dealing with this pharmacy is beyond frustrating. Every month they mess up my wife's prescriptions. Even when I ask questions, they continue to give the wrong medicine which results in us paying twice. If you have a specialized order, don't go here

The reason I’m giving this store a 5 star rating is because of Kacie in the pharmacy department. She is the MOST EFFICIENT, PRODUCTIVE, KIND, SMART AND UNDERSTANDING staff member!!! She is ALWAYS doing her best to help me with ANY situation or questions I have about my insurance or medication. She ALWAYS goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with her duties to ensure that I’m comfortable and satisfied with my experience. When I went into the Warminster store today I was elated and relieved to see Kacie behind the counter! Even though she was extremely busy, she gave me her ever famous calming and welcoming smile! I insisted on waiting for Kacie to help me with my stressful situation and like usual she managed to get things done!PLEASE LET KACIE KNOW THAT SHE IS TRULY AN AWESOME PHARMACY TECH!!!! She is the BEST!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kacie! I THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME WITH WHATEVER THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE!!!Thank you, thank you, thank you,Tina Nagel

Walgreens pharmacy services went down from 10 to 1, Pharmacy inventory is down, I was driving around the Bucks county to get simple antibiotics, I don't exactly why, but it's fact. Switch to Rite Aid or CVS, even better to local pharmacies

I ordered invitations online, said they would be done 12:50pm I show up at 1pm the systems down, I understand it happens. I come pack at 8pm they tell me they can not find my order I showed them my online receipt. They still can not find it, they can not refund me my money there. So now I get waste 30 mins to an hour to get my money back by calling l. This place has forever lost my business. The 24/7 CVS across the street will have it now.

This location for Walgreens is horrible. The sale tags on items never seem to match what's in the ad, the Register rewards never print out especially on the PG items, if you mention it to the employees they are not nice about it. Got tired of this after a few months of going there and started going to the Warrington location. No issues, the RR print like they are supposed to, and the employees couldn't be nicer.

This location is fabulous! I placed an online order and it was ready within 10 minutes (and all my items were available!) The location was easy to get into and the employee came out to our car for curbside pickup within a minute! I highly recommend!

i would give ZERO starts if it was available. We were dealing with the Warrington, PA location first and they were all amazing, every single employee i spoke to in the PHarmacy was helpful, through and kind. they went above and beyond to help me navigate getting a script for my sick daughter. They even took the time to teach me how to navigate the GoodRx program that I am in, and advised me the best way to get the best price for the script that was very costly without the discount. After getting the correct price, they advised us to simply show that card to the Warminster,Pa pharmacy when we picked up the script since they did not have the pills available at their store. But when we arrived to pick up the script with said card, the very rude, employee was very short with us and said "we do not have a contract with GoodRx *not true* and we can not take this card, either pay the full price or your not getting your script" he was visibly more interested in checking out for the night then helping us and should NOT be working in customer service and/or where he is handling people who are either sick themselves or caring to loved ones who are. You should be ashamed.
