Where to start??? This place sucks. Self checkout was packed. I had one item. 2 employees working the self checkout area. Multiple registers wouldn't take my cash bill that wasn't wrinkled or damaged. All that the employees could do was repeatedly try the bill again and again. They wouldn't get management to help. I had to go into the lane of the only live cashier. This poor woman was working alone 10 deep and repeatedly knocking on the management door for help. He opened the door smiled at us and closed the door. I have to mention that every customer in line helped the cashier with the heavy items. There were also numerous employees walking by acting like they were busy pushing carts with (return?) items. Whenever anyone asked them if they could open another register, they turned away like they didn't hear or just gave a dumb look and said, "No". Doesn't even deserve the one star.

It takes way too long to process returns. I've been standing in line for 15 minutes and the one cashier has only processed two customers. I'll end up being in line at least half an hour. Makes me never want to order anything from Walmart ever again.

I usually enjoy shopping at Walmart Superstores. The location at Levittown is clean and well stocked. We decided to try this location and found it to be a basic Walmart with a SCANT selection of veggies and meats. The store had an unsanitary appearance and a selection of merchandise, not much better than a convenience store!!! We will NOT be back!!!

Costumer service was a joke. When I asked to speak to a manager she was incredibly rude. Will never go back to that location. Bensalem wall mart is just better all around

Don't let anyone give you gift cards to Walmart if you want to maintain your equanimity. With no notice of proper procedure for using them for purchasing, you can easily find yourself first on the regular check out line, only to learn upon reaching the cashier that their machines are not programmed to accept gift cards and you have to go to the service desk to use them. Once you stand in line again at service, you are informed that the cashier was wrong and you must go back there to complete the transaction. You must be fu*£ing kidding me! It doesn't matter what you purchase, nor its quality, nor even the competitiveness of the price, when the business model is designed to jerk you around with nary an apology from management for all the jerkitude. Next time someone gifts you a Walmart card you really have to question their true feelings for you.

This Walmart sucks!!!!socks!!!!. Their shelves are always empty.. They jacked up the prices like crazy..and they never gave my frozen vegetables I need for my dogs food.. literally the worst Walmart!!!!

Stopped in cause I was saving some cash to Buy some games. Had $500 to blow and after standing there for half an hour waiting for someone to show up in electronics to get the games out, one employee out of 10 said "they don't open till seven" so i'm annoyed there no was sign or anything just expect people to know that this walmart in particular has different electronics hours. So i'm gonna go spend my money at target down the street i guess

One of the worst Walmarts I've ever set foot in. The selection is poor and the store is disheveled, to say the least. Good luck finding what you're looking for here. The parking lot is littered with trash everywhere, and when you walk in the store, there is a 50/50 chance that they'll have no carts. I made a return here and the lady at Customer Service was shockingly rude and unpleasant. PHARMACY: Generally very good. Service is friendly and efficient, both in-person and over the phone. Thank you! However, I did have one bad experience in the pharmacy. The gentleman over the phone had NO idea what an FSA card is and asked me "Wait, are you paying in cash?" (Seriously)? A pharmacy tech should know what an FSA card is. He also kept telling me that my doctor had authorized two refills (which would mean three total inhalers). But my doctor had authorized ONE refill (two total inhalers). Perhaps a training lapse here -- but again, pretty good pharmacy overall.

Used the pick-up service for the first time at Walmart. First impressions and all that. I submitted my order on a Friday morning and requested to time between 10:00AM the following day. Got a text a bit after 10:00AM the next day saying my order was delayed. Got another text at 11:14AM saying order was ready for pick up. Pulled into parking spot immediately. Waited close to 45 minutes and as they were loading it, I was asked if substitution was"OK". I said yes just to get this over with. I don't expect perfect, but the time I wasted on this Is not OK.

My Mom and I ordered a printer and some ink via online pick up. We got an email saying the order was ready, and went to the pick up area. On the sign, there's a phone number to call to let them know that you arrived. I attempted to call the number three times but no one was picking up (which was annoying). Luckily, one of the employees was helping the car next to us and she came up to us asking what our order name was. If she didn't come out, I don't know what we would have done... I guess we would have had to go into the store. The employee was very nice though.

530 on a Monday and not one cashier is open. They did have a few of the self checkouts open. Horrible service. I understand there is a pandemic. I just wouldn't go here again

I have had a bad experience with customer service dept. Even though they have 3 staff members at the counter, only 1 register is being used, therefore only 1 staff member is really working. The wait was 40 min. long. The staff member was obviously uncaring and rude to every customer who presented. This was seen by all of the customers waiting in the line. A customer asked to speak with the manager who was paged, she did come to the desk and she was also rude. I was told no one could help me as I was double charged for 2 items on a previous shopping experience in April. I did come in on 2 separated weekend days after April and customer service was closed and in the dark. I asked at that time to speak with a manager, and she told me to save my receipt and after Covid was over to bring my receipt in and I would be given the difference. Last week I shopped on a Friday and was pleased customer service was open. I was told it was too late to receive a refund. I asked if I could bring them the 2 items that I had been double charged for and received the items instead and was told no. Shame on Walmart, doing excellent in the stock market, but not respecting the customers.

Stopped by for a few items since I was nearby. Big mistake. It's very apparent that management has no interest in the shoppers experience or the integrity of the neighborhood. Must be one of the most filthiest Walmart's I've ever been in. The parking lot is one big trash heap. Overflowing trash cans, trash all over the parking lot and no carts inside. They were all over the parking lot. The shelves were empty and the items that were there, were in disarray. Very disappointed.
