They usually have things I'm looking for and it is convenient and cost effective. My most recent trip everyone was very friendly. I know not usually to be expected. I did have to run to a different Walmart because they didn't have everything I needed. So unfortunately I had to deduct a star for that.

Ok so... It's a Walmart... They've got 50% of what you want & 50% of what you DON'T need but end up spending money on anyway ??Their online inventory did NOT match their in store supply, which is a bit disappointing, but the staff was at least fairly friendly! My biggest issue was the fact that there's a BUNCH of checkout lanes(spanning the entire front of the store-I'm not sure an exact amount but at least 10)... But other than self checkout(which is PACKED with both customers & employees-y'all there were like 8 employees in that area... Doing...?♀️ idk what) there was only ONE! 1 ONE one one!!!! Lane Open... On the opposite side of the store from the entrance... The elderly woman running the only manned check out wasn't exactly fast.. but she did her best! Kudos to that sweet little old lady!! Especially with the massive line that accumulated ?(seriously...I know I didn't go to the store to do ALL the scanning and work myself... Especially when with a few clicks of a button I can order things online)I mean.. I know this is how many retail/grocery locations are doing things these days... But it's just frustrating from a consumer standpoint to see the ONE manned checkout lane open with self checkout having so many other employees that could've easily been on a register, assisting customers & being more productive for the good of the company... Maybe I'm old fashioned in my thinking, maybe the days of customer service in the industry have dwindled and I'm just out of touch with it... But hopefully I'm not and there's a change or improvement upon how things are done nowadays!

Where to start??? This place sucks. Self checkout was packed. I had one item. 2 employees working the self checkout area. Multiple registers wouldn't take my cash bill that wasn't wrinkled or damaged. All that the employees could do was repeatedly try the bill again and again. They wouldn't get management to help. I had to go into the lane of the only live cashier. This poor woman was working alone 10 deep and repeatedly knocking on the management door for help. He opened the door smiled at us and closed the door. I have to mention that every customer in line helped the cashier with the heavy items. There were also numerous employees walking by acting like they were busy pushing carts with (return?) items. Whenever anyone asked them if they could open another register, they turned away like they didn't hear or just gave a dumb look and said, "No". Doesn't even deserve the one star.

DO NOT hesitate to purchase electronic devices at the Warminster PA Walmart store. Kayla and her coworkers are wonderful and go above and beyond to make certain customers are 100% satisfied.

Walmart in Warminster, PA disppointed me whe I called to say I lost the receipt for a baby gate that didn't fit a doorway properly. When I asked what the return policy was the man on the phone said, "You bought the baby gate yesterday and you lost it already?" I was very surprised at that comment. I feel it is poor customer service.

It takes way too long to process returns. I've been standing in line for 15 minutes and the one cashier has only processed two customers. I'll end up being in line at least half an hour. Makes me never want to order anything from Walmart ever again.

Couple days ago I got Halloween costumes for my family members, I asked cashier and customer service if I still will be able to return the products , after holidays if they not gonna work for them. I was told, yes of course, just make sure you have a receipt. Today I came to return, and guess what , I have been told, no you can't, as holiday season is over. I asked why they told me totally different story before, the lady in the customer service told me -i don't know, I can't do nothing. I am really upset, how people can lie ... Not recommend to use this Walmart.
