The employees will only make half of your mobile order and leave your waiting for over 10 minutes just to tell you that they're out of something. There's this one girl that always seems to be there in the morning and is super rude and makes comments about customers under her breath.

New coffee machines = gross coffee.
This is a nice Wawa overall — clean, well-stocked, and the staff is friendly. However, my main issue is with the new coffee machines. The coffee comes out way too hot, to the point where it’s undrinkable right after pouring. I’ve seen other customers adding ice just to cool it down enough to drink, which really shouldn’t be necessary.
On top of that, the coffee itself tastes weak and watered down. This is the third time I’ve gotten coffee here recently, and unfortunately, it’s been the same disappointing experience each time. I hope Wawa reconsiders these new machines or makes some adjustments, because the quality just isn’t what it used to be.

Excellent experience at this location. The woman working in the deli Shouney ( I hope I spelled her name right) went over the top to accommodate my special order and was so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Thank you

All three categories have gone downhill fast in the last 5 years. I used to get food quite often, now I will only buy gas now, i rarely go inside.

Why does Wawa use these stupid electric coffee machines, the coffee is watered down and tastes terrible and I will never go there to buy it again. Please get rid of them and brew coffee like normal or offer like a bold option or something comparable to your normal brewed stuff

I regularly come here out of convenience. And regularly my orders are incorrect. I get home or to work and open up my order to things made in a sloppy way or missing things.
Tonight’s order they ran out roast chicken. They said they could either replace it with chicken steak or give me a refund. I opted for the former. I get home to find that they didn’t put any chicken in there at all… so I paid $8 for a wrap with some pickles and cheese…
every time this happens, I come back less and less.
