Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.

This is an unbelievably old-fashioned wonderful business. I had a glass top on my dining room table. Out of the goodness of their hearts they came to my house in Jamison and removed the glass and took it away. They did this for free even though they knew I would pay lots of money for them to do this. They called this a public service ! I call it not done today. They are truly honorable and good hearted .

I searched for a place to get custom sized pieces of glass to protect the tops of our new bedroom set and found York Road Auto Glass. Strictly by email, the owner, Bill, gave me the estimate. I picked it up about 2 weeks later. They were wrapped in paper and they put them in my car.They were done to my precise measurements and were a reasonable price.They do a lot more than auto glass.

Went here and experience was amazing until I walked out and looked at my car. They broke the cowl that goes by my wipers. I was told that it was just crumbling as they touched it from drying out in the sun. I've had multiple people walk up to said cowl and literally bang on it and the piece does NOT even weaken. They tried to fix it by glueing piece that broke off to the frame of the car not even to the piece it broke off of. They gave me a $7.00 discount for a piece THEY broke that's worth at least $50 if I can find one that's good.

Had a chip in my windshield and made a call to them. They informed me to come right up. Within a 1/2 hour was done and was extremely reasonable in price. Would highly recommend.

Great service and great people to work with! We had our “new to us” car only a week when the windshield got cracked by a rock on 611. Notified my insurance and YRAG was a preferred provider.The rest was easy! They made sure we got OEM windshield and did a phenomenal job. Car looked like it had never happened. I highly recommend them!

I've used York twice and their staff and service are top notch. After calling around for quotes to multiple places each time I needed service, I was happy to give York my business because of their excellent customer service and fair prices. If I ever need service again I'll save myself the time in getting quotes and I'll be happy to go straight to York.

Great work and attention to detail. I had 5 wire holders stuck to my old windshield for a dash cam and they took the time to remove them and stick them on the new windshield. This is the third time in my life I’ve had a windshield replaced and no other place has done that. The only person I talked to was the women in the office and she was great on the phone and in person

I tried booking with 2 of the larger corporations to get a new windshield, and after nothing but issues and overpriced quotes I did what I should have done from the start! Called them at 4pm to book an appointment and had my new windshield installed within 48 hours. Great family business with skilled techs. 10/10

I called around this Morning to get a quote for a broken front window on my Van.I was able to bring it in and got same day service. The customer service was excellent. They had free sodas and water. The air conditioner was on point because it was hot today. The work was superb and I'll be back again for other services. Thank you!!!
