“When I called R&W, it was the first shop that demonstrated confidence in being able to help fix the issues with my truck.
After one alignment shop left the truck very out of alignment, I called quite a few shops looking for help with aligning a lifted truck and balancing larger tires, but no luck until R&W (I had no idea it would be a tricky request - most weren't sure if they could do it, or quoted really high prices).
We are an hour away from this shop but took a chance - I'm glad that we did! From what I can tell, the issues are cleared up.
