Love all the people that work here but the auto phone call that I cant turn off is driving me insane. 3 or 4 a day. Having to block the number and hope I dont miss any important calls.

It would of been nice if they would of notified patients about policy changes for telehealth prescriptions, this left a lot of people in our community scrambling to find a pharmacy that will fill their prescriptions.
This is a CVS policy change, not a change to the law.
The government actually extended the telehealth prescription deadline because they don't want to leave people without access to their medication.
If you can't find a pharmacy to fill your telehealth prescriptions, Tops in Jamestown NY will fill it.
Closest pharmacy I could find, they filled it with no issues at all even though I'm from PA.
Yes, a pharmacy in another town and state will fill your telehealth prescriptions because they understand the needs of the people in their community.

Pharmacy closes early on Sundays. Everything is overpriced. Medicine frequently isn't available when it's supposed to be. The drive-thru has less wait than the counter. Do not go here for injections.

I would give this pharmacy a rating of negative 10 if I could.Their staff IS EXTREMELY RUDE and INCOMPETENT!!!! As soon as they run into any type of problem when it comes to your prescription they instantly cock an attitude cuz they are lazy and god forbid if they actually have to do their jobs!! 4 different times they gave me the wrong dates to pick up my scripts and I have to drive an hour just to be told that it wont be ready for a few more days, last month I showed up to get my prescription and the pharmacist didn't even show up to work. The staff had to stand around an wait 2 hours to even start working. I heard them talking about playing board games until their pharmacist showed up.. very unprofessional, ignorant and distrustful!!!!

I didn't have even a clue as to WHY this pharmacy only has a 2.9 star review but please don't judge this book by its cover...
I've recently moved up here from NC and have been treated with nothing but exceptional professionalism since day one! Celia (Pharmacy Mgr) and her team are exceptionally caring, helpful & prompt, being everything a CVS pharmacy should be. Great job guys!! Patrick Leonard

The employees in the pharmacy are sometimes rude and show little compassion for customers when they have questions about prescription medications coverage. They're not insurance providers, but there is no reason for being short or acting as though a question is slowing them down or an inconvenience. The pharmacists will help customers get better prices on prescriptions using goodrx for discounts if asked by customers.

The drive thru is great. My only complaint is that when they go on lunch from 1:30-2pm they close down and have noone. Why can't 2 people per day (out of their many pharmacy techs) swap so they could remain open? My appointments are always in the afternoon and I can't tell you how many times I've had to waste my time just waiting for them to open back up after lunch.... It can be very inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule. Not everyone lives in the city of Warren and some of us drive a ways to get there.

This is the worst CVS we have ever used. Not only do they take forever to fill a prescription, but they take it upon themselves to refuse to fill a prescription! They forced two other pharmacies to close down in Warren, something they are doing in other cities as well. If you have a choice, don't use this pharmacy!
